Came in to get some late lunch while I waited on my tires to get done. Was handed a hard and over cooked piece of bread. They have sings up all over the store for items they don't even have and it was a simple question that I was felt was answered extremely rude. I would not recommend

I’m not going back to this subway. I had to keep asking the kid to add more veggies tonight that I just finally gave up. It feels like there’s barely anything on my sandwich and it’s so thin compared to what I’ve gotten at other locations recently.

My husband and I ordered on the app and got curbside and we got there fairly early, we were waiting patiently. We were the only car there(on a Sunday at 7). My husband got a veggie delight with add-one and I got a BLT with add-ons. We were both tired from being out almost all day, we got the food and headed home. By the time we got home and opened our food, there were about 3-4 HANDFULS of jalapeños per sandwich(both footlongs). We didn’t order ANY jalapeños and my husband can’t even handle it with taking the jalapeños off. I don’t know if they got our order mixed up with another or they’re punishing us for ordering? It was diabolical and can become a serious health risk especially for those allergic or serious spice issues. This was not ok. Also, forgot pickles, and the most important of both of our sandwich’s, the lettuce, by the time we took the jalapeños off, there was barely anything on our sandwiches, very disappointing and very concerning.

I haven’t been to Subway in years. Just bought a turkey and avocado foot long. No cheese on toasted white bread. They charged me $15 and change for a sandwich! What happened to the $5 dollar foot long?

This subway used to make the sub sandwiches look like a good sandwich at this location. However when I went today the portions are just getting smaller and it is making the sandwich look like more bread than filling. It is pretty pathetic. The taste is good but the amount is bad. I am either considering to try another subway or start going to another sandwich shop.

I come here everyday for lunch and ask for olives on my foot long. There’s nothing against subway policy about a limit on veggies. Veggies are included with the cost of the sandwich. She said she’s only suppose to put 12. I understand that’s the formula but it’s not a hard rule, and I’m not asking for all the veggies or anything. Just more than a sprinkling of olives on a sandwich I’m paying 11 freaking dollars for. I’d even be willing to pay extra for it but this employee is acting like it’s coming out of her pocket. I understand ingredients cost the company money but I’m already paying 11 dollars for my damn sandwich, just charge me extra for veggies if you have to and let me enjoy it.

Ordered a steak and cheese on the app. Went got it brought it home, My steak and cheese sandwich was ice cold. Came back to ask why, The young Mexican guy in charge claimed thats how they come. And argued with me about how I was supposed to request it be heated up. It says so right in the app how warm and delicious is supposed to be, so NO he’s obviously wrong and refuses to admit it. Then he wanted to scrap the meat off the old sandwich and heat it up. Even tho it gots mayo and toppings all over it. So i made him give me a new one. That he barely heated it up for 30sec and was still cold. Long story short the kid has horrible customer service. All he had to do was admit he was wrong. So he not only wasted my time but severely annoyed me. And to think this was the 1st time i had gone to a Subway in years.

The best subway we’ve been to in Utah. Seems a bit dramatic I know, but the workers here are so friendly, polite, and quick. We drive here from Murray because we hate the Murray location.

Subway is going downhill. I guess they don’t accept substitutions. I’ve gone to this place for over a year now. I was always able to substitute the meat and cheese and now he didn’t even ask me what kind of cheese. Didn’t they used to do that? Such a shame. The employee looked very annoyed. I will never go to this subway.
