This is my go to place when I can figure out where to go. Chicken bacon ranch with southwest sauce is my fav but the club and steak are good too. I skip the chips and get the 3 cookie deal.

We ordered our subway through the drive thru around 8 pm tonight and the lady that helped my wife and I kept rushing us, which we thought was rude. We hadn't finished ordering and she kept trying to send us to the next window like 3 times.
By the time we got home we noticed that there was barely any meat, veggies and sauces (it was more bread than anything) on the sandwich. It was definitely one of the least satisfying subway sandwiches we’ve ever had because both the sandwich and service were poor quality.

The customer service was really Bad i went with my mom and if you say cutting in half a footlong and not are the same vegetales they wanna charge us like 6inch doesn't matter if we buy the foorlong the same kind of bread and tuna but if we choose different vegetables woulb be individual 😅😅 is the first time happen me this in a Subway hispanic against hispanic pr maybe they are really rude no matter what, so SAD! if you don't like customer service try to choose another kind of job, this was today around 4 pm

Not bad. I didn't know this location was a drive thru until recently. I've live very close and now I have a fast decently healthy option. Quick, Friendly, Decent food.

Ordered footlong sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese bread, and bread is stale and it was so flaky, all the bread crumbs is everywhere and it was hard to take a bite.

There is something seriously wrong with this location. It used to be the best but I just ordered a sandwich and the bread was dry and stale and hard. It was crumbling worse than terracota left outside in Utah for three years straight. The employee was rude and I could barely hear her speaking. There was also no sauce at all on my sandwich. All I did was ask for light mayo not light everything. Go to a different location.

There's at most 2 people on staff at any time, which is why they don't answer the phone and why the drive thru line gets so long.

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and had to come inside, there's one person working and he's not fluent in English. Why doesn't he have support? Where is the manager?

It's always the same Santiago kid working there, too. He's great and knows my order almost by heart but it's cruel that he's the only person there 90% of the time!

The kids don't speak English very well, two types of bread were sold out, the employees were hard to understand when explaining coupon usage, and the air-conditioning and fans made it uncomfortably cold. The toilets didn't flush well in the bathroom. Otherwise, the sandwich was good.

five minutes and the drive-through line went fast as far as I can see. They were both working really hard inside but the best thing was the immaculately, clean, bathroom. It smelled clean and actually fresh. It was clean in total detail. thank you so much for helping me Have a good sandwich because the environment was clean and the workers were nice, hard working and professional. Give them a raise! ;)

Asked for a spinich salad and had to ask him 3 times to add spinich and I got all but like 14 leafs, asked 2 times for tomato and got 2 tomatoes. The salad didn't even get to the top of the bowls lid, and then they tried to charge me for a foot long + $2 for salad even when the sign said 6" price + $2. Right before he handed it to me with salad dressing and all he asked it I wanted my salad toasted. Hahaha this location is a joke and should rethink customer service with this bad of a wrap sheet of problems.

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

If I could go less than one star I would. I order online and I see it billed my card but didn't send me and email from subway. So I try to call them and the number online is incorrect. I drive over there and they tell me I cannot order that sandwich online. So I ask for a refund and they tell me they don't know anything about online. I ask for a manager and they say their is not one. I guess I'm just out 17 bucks. Don't go to this store who ever is running it is inept and unable to train the staff.
