I just walked into this Subway to purchase a simple sandwich. Before doing so I asked the person making the sandwiches if I could get the code to the bathroom as it is locked. Her response was the bathrooms are only for customers and I said okay that's fine can I get the code please. Her response again was the restrooms are only for customers. Then I asked do I not look like a customer? To make a long story short as possible the service at this location is the worst that I have ever experienced. Obviously I didn't purchase the sandwich that I was going into purchase. If I could give it zero Stars I would. The owner of this Branch needs to train their people much better in my opinion.
Nothing fancy about the food, place or atmosphere. Yet, service felt nice & warm for the 5*.

Super dry bread and my bag was not sealed, so my sandwich fell on the floor. Not coming back.

Went in and felt extremely rushed. They laughed at us and talked to us like we were stupid for not knowing what we wanted right away. Very rude woman and the man working seemed high. 🫣
Drive thru, attendant was immediately very rude, we ended up leaving. This is coming from someone who also works in fast food. Do better.
They don't leave a place to directly tell the restaurant so I've decided to write a review. I'm a restaurant manager. I've been in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I'm so nice and understanding to all restaurant staff especially fast food because I understand what it's like. I frequent this location because it's on my way to work so it's easy to just stop in the drive thru for lunch or dinner. Almost every time I go, I have a negative experience. I've given them the benefit of the doubt because like I said I work in a restaurant and I completely understand messing up orders or whatever. But every time I go they give me the wrong food, charge me and don't give me my cookies or my chips, and the workers are almost always super monotone and seem like they hate their jobs. I don't expect them to be absolutely upbeat constantly but at least I would like to feel like they're not mad that I'm ordering. Today when I went I ordered in the drive thru. I sat there for about 15 mins before it was even my turn to order, and then I sat there for another like 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The girl asks what I want, and I start to order. I say what meat and cheese I want. She proceeds to ask me what cheese I want after I just said it. I speak loud and clear through the drive thru because I know sometimes it's hard to hear over the headset. She asks me what veggies I want and I ask for lettuce, spinach, extra red onion and extra green peppers. I'm always willing to pay for extra if necessary. She asked me to repeat it again so I do. She asks what else I want and I order a large Pepsi and a bag of chips. She asks me three separate times what kind of chips I wanted and kept talking over me. I get to the window and I wait there for a few minutes before someone greets me. The guy at the window says it's $5. I'm like okay weird that seems like super cheap, but I pay. He just hands me a bag with a sandwich and says have a nice day. I tell him oh I'm so sorry I don't think this is my order, I also had some chips and a drink. He goes oh I didn't ring up the chips or the drink but that's your food. I look at my sandwich seems correct and I hate being the person to have to check my food to make sure it's right so I just say it's okay. He asks what chips and what drink and then I pay for the chips and the drink. He hands me the chips and closes the window. I sit there waiting for my drink and he opens the window and I'm like oh yeah I just need the Pepsi I'm so sorry. I'm apologizing even though they didn't communicate and messed my order up because I understand and I'm always nice anyway. Then I get to work and open my sandwich and it doesn't have red onions and it doesn't have oil or red vinegar which I asked for. Luckily I'm not too picky and I still ate it and I also understand because they were busy and it seemed like only two people working. It's just frustrating that every time I go I run into issues like this and usually it's the same guy working who I run into issues with. I hope their management hires more people or can coach their team to communicate with each other better during busy times so this stuff doesn't continue to happen.
