Walked in and the worker was mopping the floor. They went straight from that to putting on gloves and slicing bread, etc. They took the gloves off while it was toasting and rang it up. The gloves went back on (now touched twice) with still no hand washing involved, to finish the sandwich. To the owner: Most people won't say anything to the worker. They will say it here instead. Having dealt with the owner personally on past occasions, I can say that he only cares about $$$ and not people, so patrons beware!

Just awful location
In general, very good service and they are very fast. Something that makes this location stand out is the patience of the workers. Other locations should have that value.

The bread literally crumbled in my hands! I ended up eating just a little of what I requested in the sub, but honestly even that didn’t taste very fresh. I used to go to this location a lot, but I’m not inclined to again after this experience. So disappointing!

If I could do zero stars for the service I would. After the so-called store manager, Sebastian made our sandwiches wrong, which we asked to be corrected, he proceeded to charge for for the Titan turkey, which is not what we ordered, then argued with me when I asked for the sandwich to be made on bread that was not hard, was rude the entire time, and would not give me the name of his manager. We will never go back, ever.

I came to this Subway location with my husband because we like that Subway generally offers healthier food options and you can customize your sandwich the way you like it. We went in the mid-afternoon and were assisted by a young employee. I ordered Italian bread with cheese and specifically asked for it to be double toasted.
Although I saw him put it in the oven, when I finally bit into my sandwich, it was cold. Not just lukewarm – cold. I was so disappointed. I asked my husband and he said it was cold too, but he ate it anyway. I couldn’t. I had been so hungry and excited to eat that sandwich, but I ended up throwing most of it away. I had ordered a whole one and only took a few bites.
I don’t know if the oven wasn’t working, if the employee forgot to turn it on, or what happened – but it completely ruined the experience for me. My husband even said, “Maybe we should’ve gone to Wendy’s like I suggested – at least their food is always hot.”
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location. Very disappointing.
Me and my friend went on the afternoon, we were mistreated because we were speaking in spanish, we were asked what we wanted in a very rude way, employee was talking to us with a rude tone while he asked what ingredients we wanted, we were treated like he was in a hurry, we will definitely take this to corporate because this is not a way to treat customers
I’m not the type of person to write a review but in my meat ball sub there was 2 frozen meetballs and the guy (Sebas) tostated our sandwich’s for very little and I could Hartley under stand him.
I asked for this to be toasted and my sandwich cheese taste like rubber and it’s slimy
The sandwich Here is about the standard subway sandwich, which is pretty good. However. I ordered a pack of cookies and when they were given to me I noticed they were rock hard and cold. Tasting now, they're a little stale.
I had politely asked if there was anyway they could make or give me fresh cookies, and they told me they were fresh. I insisted they weren't, fresh cookies are warm and soft, and they doubled down and told me they were fresh. Complete lie. I would have been fine if they simply told me they couldn't give me fresh ones, but to lie and say these cold hard and stale cookies were fresh was embarassing.

So, I highly recommend not ordering here, ESPECIALLY online. They seem like great folks, but there is a strong language barrier, and they aren't paying that close attention to complicated instructions like "toasted" or "don't forget to add meat to the sub that is supposed to have meat in it".
I finally broke and brought the sandwiches back to the manager. Full Karen, I know. I tried to be nice about it. They offered to redo the sandwiches...
...and they messed up my order again.
Things like that. Don't come here.

Sent 2 kids to get a sandwich & drink after playing Pickleball today. For $20, they both got a 6" reg sandwich. No Drink, No chips! That's ridiculous, for 1/2 a sandwich. I guess that's out now, for a quick kid sandwich. They weren't even offered water & no chips.
Vegetarian options: Rather go to Reems & make my own at home .
Parking: It's in the Willow Creek shooping Center on the West side of Reams. Near Pcwiklar

I ordered a six-inch ham sandwich for my daughter. We took it home. She started eating it and found a staple in the sandwich. And then when I called, I couldn’t understand them which made me even madder. They should fire this idiot that was working there!!!!
