When we first came to Utah in Aug 2020 we asked around and most people said there were not many good Mexican restaurants on SLC.
Being from Southern California we know good Mexican food given the large Latino population.
When we got a recommendation for El Gallo Loco, in Sandy of all places, we were skeptical but decided to go check it out.
