I know this will get a generic reply by whatever auto-response tool they use to respond to reviews, but I still think my review is important.
I usually enjoy steaks from Texas Roadhouse but the prime rib I got here was, unfortunately, terrible. It was dry, and had an overpowering taste just like that generic “beef jerky” flavoring. Everything else I ordered was great and the service was just fine, but man, I’ll never order that again, at least not from this location. Better off sticking with a standard steak for sure, or going somewhere else entirely if I want prime rib.
When we visit utah, we usually hit the mexican restaurants and this time we decided on steak!! This has now become our number one favorite, and we plan on being back again.And again! Excellent service comma great food and affordable !!!

Customer Service Manager Nikki went above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience. We had joined the online waitlist expecting to be seated around 7 p.m., but since it was such a busy night, our wait stretched about 30 minutes longer. During that time, my very pregnant daughter began feeling unwell. Nikki noticed and immediately brought us fresh rolls and ice water while we waited outside, making her more comfortable. She even managed to get us seated sooner than expected.
It’s rare to see staff take that kind of extra care and attention, and I want to commend Nikki, and Texas Roadhouse, for delivering that level of service. Her kindness turned what could have been an uncomfortable wait into a positive experience, and it’s exactly the kind of hospitality that creates loyal customers, even among the pickiest of guests.

I dined as a 1-top in the bar area and had a fantastic time during my experience here at the Texas Roadhouse in Sandy, UT. Cooper was my server and was absolutely wonderful. Kind, friendly and outgoing without being overbearing. Cooper made sure I had what I needed and was well taken care of. We even had great casual conversation but still allowed me my time to enjoy my meal (I am THE slowest eater) without forcing me out of their table. A manager stopped by and checked on the food and service, as usual while dining at any Texas Roadhouse which is always appreciated.
I almost always order a ribeye anywhere and everywhere, but was feeling just a teeny steak. I got the smallest size steak that they offer, which was a sirloin, for the first time (never order sirloin!) and was pleasantly surprised. Cooked to perfection! Nice and thick. Hardly any meat with that typical tougher, chewy texture. Ordered it with my favorite side of theirs (green beans) and everything came out hot and fresh. Steak was also seasoned perfectly and needed no additional seasonings or toppings. I try to keep local for dining while traveling for work, but this was right across the street from my hotel and I was not disappointed! Honestly the convenience of location, wait staff, and quality of food - I WILL be back during the remainder of my week long work trip. Thanks, Cooper!
