I dined as a 1-top in the bar area and had a fantastic time during my experience here at the Texas Roadhouse in Sandy, UT. Cooper was my server and was absolutely wonderful. Kind, friendly and outgoing without being overbearing. Cooper made sure I had what I needed and was well taken care of. We even had great casual conversation but still allowed me my time to enjoy my meal (I am THE slowest eater) without forcing me out of their table. A manager stopped by and checked on the food and service, as usual while dining at any Texas Roadhouse which is always appreciated.
I almost always order a ribeye anywhere and everywhere, but was feeling just a teeny steak. I got the smallest size steak that they offer, which was a sirloin, for the first time (never order sirloin!) and was pleasantly surprised. Cooked to perfection! Nice and thick. Hardly any meat with that typical tougher, chewy texture. Ordered it with my favorite side of theirs (green beans) and everything came out hot and fresh. Steak was also seasoned perfectly and needed no additional seasonings or toppings. I try to keep local for dining while traveling for work, but this was right across the street from my hotel and I was not disappointed! Honestly the convenience of location, wait staff, and quality of food - I WILL be back during the remainder of my week long work trip. Thanks, Cooper!

My husband and I visited this location on August 3rd, 2025 and had a wonderful experience! The girls at the front desk were so polite and kept calm despite being extremely busy. Shannon was our server and she was AWESOME! She was a great conversationalist and kept our drinks full, roll basket stocked, and spirits up. I am very impressed with this location and the time I had here! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for having great staff and the best energy! 🤠🤍

If you want the best server of your entire life then go here and ask for Kylan. He is AMAZING. My daughter has social anxiety and he made it such a fun dinner for her, she's still talking about how nice he is. Also I forgot my water bottle and he literally ran outside to bring it to me 😭❤️ and he was so funny, i was cracking up the whole time. 10/10 best server ever, give this man a raise

This place is a fantastic place. The prices are high. But that's expected, its a steak house. Its so busy all the time you wait a long time for food. But I bet those kitchen staff are worked really hard and they do a great job. Leaning as the busy aspect. If you want a quiet chill dinner place this is definitely not the place to go for that. Its loud, busy and people in your way everywhere. But its 100% worth the experience. I can't recommend this place enough.

The food and service were great, however the restaurant's cleanliness needs some serious work. I had to send back two sets of silverware because they had dried food stuck to them, and after a busboy dropped a glass dish on the floor next to our table, they only stopped to pick up the large pieces of glass, and nobody came back with a broom to sweep up the tiny shards. This is unacceptable to me since I have small children who frequently like to take off their shoes and/or crawl around on the floor to swap seats, and I shouldn't have to be on the lookout for glass potentially embedding itself in my child.

Food was fantastic today but the service was poor. Long wait for drinks, appetizer comes and no one asks how it was for 10 maybe 15 minutes, when they do we ask for ranch and a lemonade for my daughter, ranch take 20 minutes only after we stopped another server to ask about it, lemonade never comes. Server asked once how our food was but walked away before we even had a chance to ask about the lemonade or order another drink. Meanwhile I watched him check on the table across from us 7 times, bring multiple refills, sauces, boxes. He was friendly enough, I’m sure he’s not a bad server, it was just a bad table for him but overall a lack luster experience

Waitress wouldn’t leave me alone. Being a good waitress.is checking on them occasionally. Not every 5 min . Front desk area had 5 staff and they acted like they didn’t want to serve me. They need some work on treating customers better. Just because I was by myself shouldn’t matter. Treat everyone the same.
I gave a 3-star rating as our server was amazing. My husband and I ordered the ribeye. They were all fat. Hardly any meat. My daughter said she did not like her burger which is her favorite food morning, noon, and night! So I was shocked! She said the burgers 🍔 I made at home tasted better than it did. The Blooming Onion was delicious as always. And same with their rolls. I did love that my Diet Coke came with a lime not a lemon like most places.

Sirloin steak was okay, not tender. I should have ordered a ribeye. Pulled pork, cheeseburger, and chicken tenders were very good. Rolls and sweet potatoes were excellent!
