I'm not a fan of diet Pepsi being the only diet drink option. I love the tempura green beans very low in calories compared to fries. The ahi burger is a great pick, I get mine with a wheat bun, add white cheese, light sauce cooked rare.

The Habit Burger, at its core, is chargrilled burgers. The teriyaki char is really good, as is the double char. The fries are fine, but nothing spectacular. The two lemonade options were great. Definitely worth getting a drink because of those. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining room ran out of space seating during the peak of the lunch rush, but they had additional outside seating available.
Overall, the Habit makes a good burger, but it isn't better than Five Guys or In-N-Out. If those aren't your preference, Habit may be the place for you.

My burger was overdone and the bun was too toasted almost burned. They forgot my avocado and I had to drive back to the store from my house and by the time I got the avocado replaced, my burger was cold and hard to chew. This is not the first time my avocado has been missing and I wouldn’t care as much if I didn’t pay $2 extra for it. I’m very disappointed, I doubt I’ll come back.

I ordered their Charburger with cheese, and it was delicious. The beef patty had a rich, smoky flavor from the chargrill, and the toppings were fresh and vibrant, with crispy lettuce, tomato, and pickles. I especially loved the toasted bun, which held everything together nicely without getting soggy. We also tried their tempura green beans, which were a fun and crunchy twist to the usual sides, and paired well with their ranch dipping sauce. My friend ordered the Santa Barbara Char, which came with avocado on sourdough bread—definitely a unique and flavorful option.
While the food was excellent, I’m giving Habit Burger 4 stars rather than 5 because the wait time was a bit longer than expected, especially for a fast-casual spot. Additionally, it can get crowded during peak hours, so finding seating can be a bit challenging.
Overall, Habit Burger Grill is a fantastic choice for anyone craving a quality burger with fresh ingredients and a great chargrilled flavor. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!
