I checked in and 5 minutes later a lady walked in and I wasn't even acknowledged. That definitely set the tone for me! Customer service is key to what is to be expected!

This location cannot handle to-go orders during the brunch rush. They forgot 2 of our meals and the syrup for the other meal.

The food is still good but the service was not good

Great breakfast options and food was delicious. Tables in the back are crammed and noisy next to the kitchen doors, where as the front tables were spacious.

Loved Jennifer and lesieli!

Lesieli was so kind and informative about what she liked to eat here. She told me she was in training, and that it was her second day, but she was so quick bringing us back and her smile definitely radiates!

Jennifer was so quick. She was on top of all our refills, asked us if we needed anything else and even brought us an extra plate without us having to ask. I also heard she was one of the best waitresses here! (I believe it)

Thankyou to both ladies for making us feel special and welcomed. This was our first time at this location and we’ll be back! 🤍🤍

Jenifer was great! She was very attentive and we had a consistent flow of refills. I was also very impressed by her ability to carry what seemed like 50 drinks at once. My family and I are regulars and we will definitely be back :) we love OPH.
