People think the best thing to happen this week was Taylor Swift getting engaged. Wrong. Tiburon rewrote history today. They took me out of my body. I forgot my name. Crab cakes and salad? Mic drop. Steak entree? KO. Cheesecake? Chef’s kiss. Taylor - MVP.

I came here alone as I was in a business trip and like to try out restaurants in the various cities that I visit. The service was great. Friendly and welcoming staff, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the different dishes on the menu. I ended up getting the American Wagyu ribeye with shitaki mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. The steak was perfectly cooked and had a nice miso butter that really added to it. I was a little leery about the mushrooms, but I have to say they took those dish to another level. They were so flavorful and perfectly complimented the steak. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. My only two critiques would be that the herb infused butter was a little much (I like my butter less sweet and more salty on bread) and the spaghetti squash didn't seem to go with the rest of the dish. Otherwise a fantastic restaurant.

Not impressed with any of the dishes. The ambience left a lot to be desired as well - extremely noisy. At this price point, there are MUCH better options. The service was very good though.

Tiburon in Sandy is a favorite! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to enjoy an excellent meal, this is the perfect spot. Their quiet patio is beautiful in the summer. I love that they grow their own garden and use fresh vegetables straight from it - makes the dishes taste even more special.
We highly recommend starting with the crab cakes, which are perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Every entrée comes with a fresh, delicious salad topped with their house-made dressing, which is a standout on its own. For mains, we thoroughly enjoyed the New Zealand Elk and the Tecumseh Farms Free Range Chicken - both were cooked to perfection and absolutely unforgettable.
Tiburon combines an intimate atmosphere, fresh ingredients and exceptional service…making it one of the best dining experiences in Utah. A must-visit!

We have been going to Tiburon for years. It's our favorite restaurant. The food nor the service ever fail to impress year after year. We have tried each dish on the menu and all are wonderful, plus the palate cleansing sorbet and the desserts as well. As long as they remain in business we are faithful return patrons.

The food, service, and vibes are absolutely amazing. The food is pricy, but you 100% get what you pay for. An excellent place to take a loved one for a birthday!

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for our anniversary. I felt that the service was very good. Unfortunately my girlfriend got sick from eating the elk dinner. I spoke with the manager and the owner about it but neither one of them wanted to resolve the concern I had with her meal. It is very frustrating to take someone you care about to dinner and they end up getting sick. Disappointed in the management of this restaurant unfortunately.

This is our go to for special occasions and nice treats. My husband loves the elk and I can’t get enough of the filet here.
