Best dinner of our entire trip. My husband and I came to Utah to ski and hike and decided to enjoy a few nice restaurants while in town. We got the muscles, lamb, and steak tenderloin. It was absolutely incredible. Our waitress was very attentive as well. Overall amazing experience!!

I feel like this place is putting putting on airs. The service and food both. They really want you to think you're in some high-end sophisticated restaurant but the reality is, you're sitting at a plastic table on plastic chairs, it's boring, verrrry bland and lacking in every way. The crab cakes are the absolute worst I've ever had, my beef tenderloin and garlic mashed potatoes were completely flavorless. It's crazy. Nothing except for the butter had any flavor at all. I'll stick to the capitol grill or flemmings for good food.

Such a wonderful dining experience! We were quickly sat and checked in on. The waitress had great timing all night with each course. Two of us ordered the special, Buffalo braised ribs, and two of us got the tenderloin of beef. We highly recommend both! For dessert, we all enjoyed a cup of coffee, the cheesecake, and the crème brûlée. Everything was perfect, we will be back!
We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. We have dined many times at Tiburon and enjoyed it. This was our worst experience. I don't know that we will ever go back. They sat us in the back covered patio against the window, it was very cold. They sat us next to several tables that were very, very loud! We could not hear each other and literally had to yell at each other. We wanted to linger and have a romantic dinner, but it was more like we were in a cafeteria. Our server was nice enough. He did let us take our time, but then we didn't want to take our time anymore because the ambience was absolutely awful. We were so over stimulated our ears ached and we could not get out of there fast enough. Inside the restaurant was way more quiet and warm. We made a reservation stating it's our anniversary, why seat a couple in a crowded, loud room against a window? We did not feel taken care of. The food was good enough. The pork belly app was not as good as last time, the salad, and NZ Elk were delicious. They did give us a complimentary dessert which was kind. Overall I felt greatly disappointed in choosing Tiburon for such a special occasion and high cost.

Ryan was our server, and he was great. Friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about the menu, and very pleasant. Chat a bit, letting him know I have been dining here since 2008. Talked about parties the restaurant had had for employees back in the day. Glad that they are treated well for all they do. Will be back again soon!
