When we walked in we didnt get served for almost 15 minutes. Every server kept walking by our table then we heard two servers talking about who wanted the table. We weren't given menus or silverware. We seen the manager working more than any of the other employees. Our server barely came to our table. We got thre garlic cheeseburger and there really wasnt anything garlic about it. It was a cheeseburger. Im surprised that they don't stick their garlic aoli on it. The croquettes were okay. The cheesecake was the best part. But overall I wouldn't return. It's not worth it in my opinion.

Visiting from out of state. Never heard of this place. It was excellent. My fav, hands down is the sizzling shrimp. So dang good, don't share, you'll regret it. Lol Great service both times we ate there. Mac and cheese with shrimp also very good, very creamy. tomato soup was absolutely delicious and I wanted more.

Nice response, We don't have squid on the menu: Like you don't know the difference between squid and Calamari? This tells you all you need to know.
We had a party of 8 last week and found the food to be below average. Two in our party ordered pizza, and a frozen pizza would have been better by far. The squid was over cooked and rubber bands came to mind. No one in our party was pleased with their food and only one person finished all their food. I had a coworker give me a gift certificate to the Grill a few years ago so we decided to use it.. It was only for $25 but the waitress told me they are now different owners and out of the goodness of their heart said they would give us 50 cents on the dollar. I was not going to argue with the owner about this but when you buy a restaurant and keep the same name you buy the debt and the assets. We spent close to $180 for our party of 8 and talk about a pathetic move to not owner the full $25 gift certificate. The waitress was nice and the service was okay but the food was a D+ at best. We had three appetizers and all three were bad. There was a goat cheese appetizer that we ordered and it looked like one of those Christmas Cheese balls in what looked like bowl of catsup. Needless to say, we will not be going back to the Tin Roof Grill.
