This place is appalling. I made the mistake of using their hand soap in the bathroom and my hands permanently smelled like toxic fragrance chemicals. I cant get the smell off from me and it completely ruined my meal since my hands smelled worse than a dirty toilet.

Everytime i go here i wait like 20-40 mins for my food and there’s only 1-2 people in front of me or none. They are so slow. I do not experience this anywhere else.

This is one of my fav places to go. Ever since I found it 6 years ago. I’m a lifer and a big fan. My fav thing to get is the bacon ranch. Hands down you have to try.

They are always friendly and have an amazing attitude when you pull up to the window.

Never a let down with food or service they provide.

I had an experience a while back where I ordered online via the app or pick up and arrived at the restaurant, (which should’ve been open) to nobody being there. I did not leave a review at that time. But given my experience today, I am choosing to write a review.

I placed an order on the app at 3:31 for pick up at 3:41. There were several cars in the drive-through. When I got to the window, the teenager handed me half of my order and did not know what else was in my order. He asked me to pull around to the left where I proceeded to wait for 12 minutes before another teenager came out and tried to hand me an incorrect item. I told him what I had ordered and that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. He said yeah I am sorry and walked away. No ETA. No offer of water while we waited. This was a 95° day while I was sitting in the car with my toddler and no water (we had just finished at Uptown Jungle, finished our water, and were on our way home.)

After another 10 minutes with no sign of anybody coming, I pulled around to the front and walked in to ask about my smoothie. There were no customers in the lobby and nobody in the drive-through. I just am not sure what took so long. But there was no apology issued.

When I finally got home, 35 minutes after I ordered, my açaí bowl was frozen solid (other than the toppings). What, pray tell, would have been the delay when all they had to do was pull it out of the freezer? I will not be returning to this location.

I have visited this location several times. It is steadily going down hill. I placed at online order for two smoothies, two wraps and sweet potatoes. When I arrived at the estimated pick up time only the smoothies were ready. Not a big deal. I sat down to wait for the rest of the order assuming it wouldn’t take long. After almost 40 mins of watching the employees playing games while not showing any regard for customers in the lobby- I stood up to just tell them I needed a refund on the missing items because I needed to get back to work. They were unable to issue a refund due to the order “already being sent to the kitchen.” I then gave the option to put the refund balance on a gift card. They were unable to do that either. During this interaction I was very clear that I either needed the food or my money back. The food finally came out of the kitchen and I was apologized to about the wait. The excuse given was “we had a big order come in a little while ago and we are short staffed.” I would have been more understanding if the employees were genuinely trying to assist customers rather than playing around and wasting everyone’s time.

I’m not sure why kids are running this restaurant people making the smoothies are just giggling having conversations on the headsets and person at the cashier is dazing off into space ignoring the existence of people walked out without food

First time there and I loved it! I love how it’s a healthy option with the perks of being a ‘fast food’ restaurant. I went to visit one of my art students that recently got a job there, and he suggested a smoothie and a flatbread. Needless to say I completely enjoyed both.

Just came here today for the first time and I ordered dragon fruit bowls. My only concern is the price was too high for a small bowl is like leas than $12 so I don’t know if I want to go back.

I placed an online order. Had my friend pick it up for me when they brought it to me the peanut paradise was extremely chunky and had no flavor. I also got a flatbread with the kale apple slaw. The flatbread was good. The kale apple slaw had discoloration. As soon as I opened it, it had a fishy odor. I’m guessing it was expired. I’m just really disappointed because they aren’t cheap and its sad that I paid a lot to not even have edible food/drink.
