Every time I've been to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location the service is bad. I can't get through an order in the drive through without getting cut off after every item by the lady asking if there's anything else in my order. The wait can be a bit long, but that's been pretty common at any location of theirs I visit. But today really took the cake for my worst experience at this particular location. My smoothie was not even fully blended, there were still entire hunks of banana in there, and their being partially blended made them an awful slimy texture. $9 for a smoothie that I won't even drink is ridiculous.

Terrible service, I waited for an order, they did not notify me that it was ready, that is very bad, there is no communication with the customer, try to give the staff a talk about how to notify the public.

I stood at the cash register for at least 10 minutes while one worker was right there. She didn’t greet me, or let me know somebody would help me soon. And then when I asked to add Kale they added spinach AND kale, I am disappointed and the smoothie was totally watered down. Mid drink and terrible customer service, save yourself the trouble, and go to Jamba instead next time.

I hate writing reviews but I feel like this one is needed. Every time I go here the smoothie always tastes watery. I have gotten different options each time and they always lack flavor. It is a slushy consistency and tastes like water. Spending $8 on a smoothie is a lot especially when it doesn’t taste like one.

I've always loved this place! I've never had a bad meal here. Smoothie is in the name, and they're in fact great. However I love their wraps - especially the Buffalo Chicken option. Just can't go wrong eating here.

What the heck is that lady's issue me and my daughter came to the drive thru September 4th 2024 around 1pm and wow I've never in my life been so talked down to for starters no hi welcome or thank you for choosing just a real loud and aggressive order when your ready now my daughter is autistic so she doesn't like yelling my daughter covered her ears and became visibly upset it doesn't end there she would cut me off as I was trying to tell her my order somethings can wait ma'am no need to scream what side when I'm trying to get the food modification for my artistic daughter patience is a virtue this lady clearly doesn't have any we get to the window after a long wait and oh to my surprise she slams the window open and just yells my total to me now mind you my daughter has a lot of issues so I just wanted to know if it was the right order and if they had my modification on the flatbread before I could finish my sentence she cut me off again it was sorta like so 17.62 hey do you have the mod- yes it's on there 17.62 my order wasn't ready yet so she told me to pull around back and wait here I waited while 3 other cars made it out of the drive then the kid who brought out my sandwich gave me the wrong side so I asked for the proper one he processed to again bring the wrong side frustrated I just accepted the side as is just to find my daughters flatbread still had tomato and bacon on it I'm not going back my poor daughter can't handle the amounts of stress this visit brought us if I could I would convince everyone with an autistic or special needs child avoid this place at all costs total nightmare

Left a lot to be desired. The smoothie was watered down, low on flavor, high on sugar, almost like an icee, and the ice hadn’t been blended completely so the straw kept clogging. The veggie wrap was overly dressed, soggy and just ok.
It's quick and healthy. There's a drive thru but parking is limited

Giving one star because this is the fourth time I’ve gone in and the long haired dude is rude af. Got irritated I wasn’t fast enough on pin pad as I was trying to leave him a tip. Reached over and hit red ex thereby excluding his tip. Good bowls and the only reason I still I go but perhaps I’ll try another loc. side note orderedextra berries and bananas yet didn’t get it.
