Service: it felt like it took forever to place order and then to get the check.
Ambiance: it’s too loud and very gimmicky. The staff all yell when people are coming and going, which was unsettling and annoying. Music was unbearable and made it difficult to hear my partner across the table.
Food: will not recommend. We ordered two kinds of ramen (flavor was bland and they sent a bowl that was different than the order), unable to finish. Gyozas were good. Chicken was initially alright, but quickly became questionable.
Currently nursing a stomach ache and the runs. I would avoid this place.

Service: excellent. Everyone was very friendly.
Ambiance: noisy and very relaxed. It has a fast food vibe. I love Naruto, but I find it weird that there is a huge print of Naruto on the wall.
Gyoza: too much garlic. I've had much better gyoza.
Ramen: too much garlic. I've had much better ramen.
Garlic is NOT a flavor. It is meant to enhance flavors, not completely overpower everything else. Garlic shouldn't be the ONLY thing you can taste. I don't see myself going back. Tosh and Koyote are better.

It was an okay experience…. This would not be my first choice for ramen… took a while for them to get our order. Place was super crowded. Had to squeeze your way out from where you were sitting at! Tables are close to each other. Took a while to get a severs attention to get our check…

We went for the Wagyu event they were hosting and paid $20 each for a Wagyu ramen. The ramen was delicious—the noodles were perfect! We also ordered a side of the UT bun, and so far, it’s the best I’ve tried. It was very good, though I would suggest reducing the amount of mayonnaise. At least in the one I got, the mayo was a bit too much and made it messy to eat.
The atmosphere is great. There’s an anime mural and anime figurines on display (and for sale), which add a nice touch as you walk in.
As I mentioned, we went for the Wagyu event, and it was busy that day. We had tickets for 2:00 p.m. and arrived early to make sure we were on time. Still, we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. One thing I didn’t like was that some people who arrived after us were seated before us—outside, though—which felt a bit unfair, especially since we were trying to follow the instructions closely.
Despite the rocky start with the service, the food was amazing, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

My noodles were congealed and the staff seemed oblivious, but the broth wasn’t too bad. Hopefully they’ll become more organized.

A Must-Try for Ramen Lovers
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Utah Craft Ramen during its soft opening, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. This spot is perfect for anyone who loves anime and wants to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. While there are a few minor details to iron out, which is completely expected during a soft opening, I would 100% return if I'm in the area and craving ramen.
I'd be happy to help you with other writing tasks. What else can I assist you with today?

The karage and the rice are absolutely amazing. The Wagyu beef ramen is really good. Very garlic forward. Once they added the extra sauce it changed the taste and made it way better.

We got the special wagyu Raman for the grand opening, rather unfortunate… broth was starting to break from not managing the fats and proteins correctly, no longer an emulsion, the noodles where made with far too much gluten present (check yo flour) akin to a rubber band quality , wagyu was unfortunately unable to shine in the dish due to the whole thing being assaulted with the liberal application of garlic, this unfortunately annihilated any chance for the ingredients to shine on their own, the atmosphere of the restaurant was a tad too weeb and diminished the experience as a whole. Just a boring garlicky bowl of noodles in a chaotic environment, would recommend that the staff focus on simplicity and execution of the fundamental elements of the cuisine, great ramen is not hard to make. Stick to the basics, and the quality will follow.
