I would like to start out saying that I wanted to enjoy this place and that I thoroughly enjoy Ramen as a whole. I’m unsure if this was singular to my meal or not, but my experience was dreadful. There were children playing on the bench directly behind me and kicking my chair that was closest to the almost always open door on a November night. The fried rice that my girlfriend and I had was both quick and hot and set a precedent, however. When we got our Ramen, we were both so unenthused and put off by both the temperature and taste that neither of us finished our meal. Approximately 20 minutes after getting home I then vomited and we both ended up with food poisoning. We really did want to like the restaurant but found it extremely underwhelming.

The ramen is so flavorful, the pork belly is soft and juicy, the drink selection is fire, the UT spicy ramen is our favorite! I would suggest if you love spicy get the inferno on the side and add to taste-I eat very spicy amd even for me I only added half but its delicious!

The UT Pork Bun is bomb, soft and crunchy at the same time with a perfect consistency!

We have tried the fried calamari, the pork buns, the gyoza, the karaoke rice bowl and of course the ramen! We have already been back twice in the span of 10 days, you gotta check em out!

Amazing Ramen broth, their takoyaki is hot and fresh, love the anime atmosphere feels like a couple restaurants I went to in Japan. I went when they were playing a One Piece marathon and all the music was One Piece OPs.

We went to UT Craft Ramen on a Saturday night — honestly, it was kind of a letdown. It took us about 80 minutes just to get there, and then another 20 minutes before we could even order. We were seated outside, and after waiting for a while, we actually had to go inside to remind them that we were still waiting. The place was super busy, and there didn’t seem to be any manager around to help keep things moving.
The one bright spot was this really nice young girl working the front. She was doing everything — seating people, taking payments, helping with service — and honestly doing her best to keep things going. She deserves major credit.
As for the food, it was okay but not memorable. Given the long wait and all the hype, it just didn’t meet expectations. Overall, UT Craft Ramen feels like a spot that’s more about the buzz than the experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this noodle place. We waited in line for over an hour, and only got seated sooner because we agreed to sit outside in the cold (50 degree weather) no outdoor heaters either. Even after being seated, we waited almost 30 more minutes with no service, we had to get someone to ask them to take our order. The whole experience was frustrating and not worth the wait. would not recommend this place.

We read online that you could not make reservations. We were here at 4:47pm. Our party of 7 was told that there was a party of 18 & a party of 9 that made reservations and that they couldn’t seat us. Please change your online information or honor the no reservations and first come first serve.

This is one of our new favorite Ramen spots. We used to have to travel all the way up to Tosh's Ramen in SLC, but the gyoza and Ramen was great! My wife got the spicy Miso and I got the Red UT. Will be back!

This was our first time coming here and it was beyond our expectations!! It was so friendly and warm, a perfect meal for a rainy day. All the figurines and toys they had were so fun to look at, plus they had some amazing drinks!

I was very excited when I see the ads for this place which was recently opened. It looks quite authentic so I decided to give it a chance today by taking my team out for a lunch. I arrived a bit after noon, technically a few minutes after they opened their door for lunch. The decoration is cute and gives out to Japanese vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered takoyaki, karaage, and gyoza for appetizers and they are all good. I got UT Black ramen and I also enjoyed my food. The broth is thick and flavorful but not too salty. The egg is awesome. Noodles came at the right amount and the food temperature was good (warm and ready to eat, although personally I prefer a tiny bit hotter). The only thing that didn’t impress me was the chashu in the ramen, while the flavor is good, it’s a bit dry for ramen chashu. Since I’m all about eating less fatty food, I appreciate the lean meat but if I am looking for more authentic ramen, this would be a miss. Anyhow, overall very good experience. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends

I saw this place on a TikTok video and my mom and I came to try it. Holy cow, they did not disappoint! Absolutely wonderful staff, very friendly and kind. Walked in and was seated immediately with water. Served took our order promptly even though this was our first time, they asked if we had any questions about the food. I ordered the spicy creamy chicken ramen, my mother ordered the creamy chicken. MIND BLOWN!!!! So freaking delicious. Both dishes were rich in flavor and the eggs were a perfect soft boiled texture which was indulgent. I asked for extra broth and our server brought me out some for free. How freaking kind of him. Absolutely amazing place for ramen, the gyoza was also amazing. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for their creamy ramen fix. Will be coming here more often.
