There was only one pickle on my classic crispy chicken sandwich... very disappointing, the sandwich did not taste the same. I also was ignored by the kitchen staff for a solid 2 minutes when I walked in (made eye contact with individuals not actively working) and my mobile order had been ready the whole time. Overall disappointed with my experience.

I have been to this Wendy’s multiple times and the service has been awful. No one acknowledges you when you get up to the counter and you will stand there for 5 min before they start to take your order. Even though there is no one else waiting in line. The food is okay, not hot but not cold. We love Wendy’s, we just avoid this one.

Every time I visit this Wendy’s, they always forget something in my order today I ordered a combo and I did not receive my fries, but I did receive my drink and my sandwich. There’s always something that’s missing and I ordered two other sandwiches and a salad and one combo and I did not receive my fries with my combo, but I did receive my drink and my sandwich like I mentioned Very disappointing because it’s such a headache to have to call them and call and go and argue with them that I did order a combo but they did not give me my fries and I kept calling their establishment and no one answers. I called three times and no one answered the phone just rings and rings

It is really disgusting to stick to the floor in a restaurant, they forgot our order and my chili tasted strange. Wendy's used to be our go-to fast food restaurant, but we can't find a decent one anymore.

Interesting service here no one at the front counter for like 5 minutes during lunch time employees saw us but no greeting at all and there were only 2 people in line the good news is the food came out fast after we finally ordered

✨️Manager spits in food/drinks✨️ Always a ridiculously long wait, whether it's drive thru, online or in store. Every single employee has the nastiest attitudes, and the worst hygiene. 97% of the time I go my order is incorrect in one way or another. Today they just so happened to "forget" my drink so I went back to the restaurant and the manager who had been extremely rude the first time she helped me had a very smug look on her face, upon looking in my drink I noticed a nice big glob of spit hanging out with my ice cubes. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
This is by far the worst Wendy's in the valley. The place smelled like a sticky, sour rag, resembling a disgusting cesspool. My order was completely messed up, and the fries were overcooked and dark brown. Cooked with what I can only assume was motor oil. The staff was rude, with scowls and clear disgruntlement on everyone’s faces. The whole experience was unpleasant, and I will definitely avoid this location in the future. I won’t be coming back here again.
