Late shift is VERY SLOW! Drive thru won't even take your order for 10 minutes.

Here on 12/6 at 12:30 am and they were not wearing gloves while making my sandwich. And she was touching her headset and stuff while making it. So gross.

Ordered around 10pm, dec 4th.
Honestly, the guy who took our order had a great attitude! What I'm not happy about, is one of the items I ordered was wrong, I asked for a baconator (y'know, basically a 10 buck burger) what I got was a jr. Cheese burger with maybe a half strip of bacon (2 bucks).
After looking at reviews,
I don't really feel like going back to try and correct this mistake because we weren't given a receipt.
Just from a couple reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to, and it seems that others have had to pay twice!

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all of fast food. The first time I went to this location, the wait time to get the food was way too long. I was waiting for about 30 minutes and there was only about 10 people in the restaurant. The food was cold, the order was mostly incorrect. And then I went again to give them a second chance, but they still failed miserably. We asked for a compensation to the mistake they made, but they still charged us anyways. As a former employee at a different Wendy’s location, this is atrocious customer service and something I wouldn’t enjoy. As Wendy’s says “Quality is our best recipe” That location deserves this title, “Quality is our worst recipe”. 10/10 do not recommend going to this location at all.

Twice in row. Bad.Bad. Bad. 2 nights ago we ate here and they messed the order up after we took the food to go causing us to have to search for more food. We came back to address the issues and try again we ordered and got charged again for the food that was missing the other time. We asked for one of the burgers to have ketchup only and they “applied” that to the other burger..
we ordered 2 other combo meals and after paying he said we only asked for 1. So we had to pay again.
No ketchup in the only dispenser.. 10 minutes to correct that. Cold fries …
I believe in chances to redeem oneself … but not 3 times. Sorry we will spend our money elsewhere.

Person taking orders needed to be switched. He couldn't hear us, repeatedly myself at least four times. Told us we had to wait suddenly so he could do other things. Are you kidding? We had already waited over ten minutes. By the time we got our food, our order was wrong and needed a partial refund. There was NO point in getting the orders correct, but got the refund. The front wasn't worth our time and the guy kept grabbing his manager for help.
Garbage service. Kitchen staff need to read orders. Too much time to order. Should have left and found a different eatery.

Really not sure what to rate, dinning room says it is open until 10, we walked over from the hotel and got there at 9:45, but the dinning room was locked. Person just looked at us, turned and walked away.

I came through the drive thru today and paid $32 for food. They forgot to give us a 4 piece nugget. I also asked for my sandwich to be plain. I went to check it in the drive thru because they always mess up when the worker asked if everything was okay. I asked her to make sure my sandwich was plain to which she said yes. Of course I got home and it was not plain. Probably got shorted $10 worth of food due to their mistakes.Pay attention to the orders you receive and make them correctly.

I had such a great experience at this Wendy’s! They accidentally forgot part of my order, but as soon as I mentioned it, they were so kind and quick to fix it. The staff was incredibly friendly, super complimentary, and even called me pretty — it completely made my day! 😊 The way they handled everything with such positivity and great energy deserves recognition. Thank you for being so nice and making the experience feel personal and happy! 💖🍔🍟
