Just wanted some food after work waiting for my turn a lady in front of me places in order. I’m next up in line and the guy looks at the clock and tells me they’re not accepting orders. And they close at 11:00 time I got there. Was 10:35 that’s is the most dumbest thing I’ve ever tonight

The food here is pretty good in my opinion. The soda machine however is a different story. The Syrup to carbonation ratio is never good, and all the soda tastes like sparkling water with the tiniest hint of flavor.
We ordered online via DoorDash. The quality was disgusting. Ewww we will never order from any Wing stop again, they just do not have good wings. We spent $90 and literally ate maybe a total of 6 wings out of 50 and threw the rest in the garbage bc it’s so gross. Fries were good after putting them in the air fryer. I can not speak to the service or atmosphere.

I've had this place location twice. And the food is not consistent. The wings are good. But the fries, both times, were undercooked, raw potato feeling/taste and it lacked seasonings. The ranch also didn't taste right, compared to better locations.

I paid $285 for my order and it was messed up ! I have ordered traditional wings and received boneless wings instead. Also the corn was missing. When I called them they told me to come and get the corn even though i paid for the delivery. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again.

I don’t usually do reviews but after lunch today I just had to. This was probably the absolute best wing stop experience I’ve ever had. Wings were seasoned to perfection, fries were super crispy and delicious and the service was top notch! The gentlemen working today deserve a raise!!! I will absolutely eat at this location for lunch again next chance I get.

Tables are sticky. Smells not great. Ordered lunch for our office. Order wasn't checked by grubhub but they didn't bother to put my order in the bag so. When I called they couldn't deliver but they also didn't bother to throw in anything free like they have in the past when they didn't even make one of the meals. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

I waited 20 minutes in store for a 30 traditional wing order, after placing order 20-25 earlier online. Arrived when it was time but yet they were not ready and the store was not that busy and appeared to have adequate staffing on deck. After waiting and driving across town home, kicked off my shoes and got the table set, discovered a large portion of the wings had NO sauce! Called to inform I was getting back out so they should remake the Mild order. Drove back across town and got back home eventually with wings that this time were only slightly orange tint —but still NO SAUCE! What is wrong with this place? No training? NO ONE WANTS WINGS WITH NO FLAVOR. If I had just made frozen wings from a Costco bag at home I would have saved my time, gas, effort and money and the flavor would have been significantly better. Never going back! Go to Costco you won’t be disappointed.

Went to the store. Order small wing and added an order of veggies. The veggies were left out of the meal. Called the store and was offered to go back in and pick them up. I am 15 minutes away and food was already cold for the most part. Told person no and he said he would then refund the money. Guess what did not get the refund. Very frustrating. I will not go to the Sandy store again.
