Always fresh tasting food! We don't live here but it is our first stop from the airport. We usually stop several more times during our visit to Utah. It's healthy, it's fast, and you feel good after eating it. I wish there was a Zao in Virginia.

I went on vacation to utah and decided to give this place a try, i completely loved it! The service is fast, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly.
On my last day I dropped my wallet before going to the airport and unfortunately i had to fly without it! I called the restaurant and they sent it to me the very next day. This has become one of my fav restaurants when I’m in town!

Whomever has a white dog or cat needs to wash their clothes better. I had animal hair in my food. The woman serving me was speaking to fast and I couldn’t understand her. I wanted to add more food to my order and she rushed me.

This place has always been a consistent hit for me when I come back to the area. I've never had issues with the food its always been reliably good. One of the issues that I have with restaurants that do the service where you tell the staff what you want on your item and they make it in front of you, has always been poor communication. However I have never had any issues with Zao's, especially this location. It deserves a five star for how reliable it is. I've never encountered issues here with the food or how im treated. I will always come back.

Zao is one step above panda express. It's Asian food, from the perspective of white people. The food has some flavor issues and doesn't quite taste like what it would if you bought it from a Chinese restaurant, for example. The ordering process is the same as you would order in a Chipotle restaurant. The noodles cost extra but it isn't worth the price - get the rice. They are stingy with cilantro. Get your sauce on the side or risk being let down with the flavor. The sauces seemed like they were watered down a bit, as well. We wouldn't go back here again.
