Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Sharla's Santa Clara Domino's Location... I have to be honest and put this store on the map by saying how exquisitely eloquent respectful considerate genuine sincere and heartfelt welcoming attitude Sharla the store manager has I lived in Santa Clara for about a year and a half I've never had one problem with this store or ordering anything and if there was a mishap immediately they corrected it without losing a customer they focus on specifically doing things right in the first place hence no need to ever correct anything I want to also thank Sharla 🙏🏼 for being such a great personality I believe she deserves to run a district not just a few stores let alone a raise you guys are so lucky to have her personally I would hire her as my assistant for my business but she's too committed to her job hahaha so my loss your game Dominos make sure you reward this woman somehow someway I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job but I've been into customer service sales and restaurant business for over 20 years and the type of service that she provides her customers with is impeccable thank you I look forward to coming back every time.

So we spent about 120.00 on food , the pizzas were saucy and not quite cooked, and the chicken wings, I ate 1 buffalo chicken wing and immedityl threw the batch away as they were rancid, it tasted fatty and seemed not cooked, in fact that night I wound up violently vomiting at 1am , I was gonna call and let your team know the next day however we started traveling home so I just thought I'd drop it on Google instead since we were Intown for a trip and left. I'm the only person who ate the wing and got sick , maybe turn the oven up or something , I do not even want another wing from domino's In fact writing this makes me re-live it. So if you read this and you are ordering wings, ask them to double cook them. Domino's customer since 1986

Pizza shows up hot, quick, well priced but they’ve not once followed my order of no crust seasoning since Ive used this location. I get its probably accident of habit but making food how its ordered is kind of the main part of the job and this pizza would taste a whole lot better the way it was supposed to be made

Ordered a pizza at the counter. Waited 50 minutes and it was still in prep. They could have informed me of the estimated time but didn't. Asked for refund and left

Sauce was missing ON the pizza. 2 pizzas were not fully cooked to even melt the cheese. Pizzas were cold once they were delivered because my delivery was an HOUR late. Saturday night with 5 hungry kids. And, upon calling the store to get an update, all Jason could tell me was that the delivery driver was on the way…I made that call an hour after the tracker said the delivery driver left the store with the order. It bothers me that I paid for a delivery tip beforehand, paid $94 for this order, and not one apology after an hour of waiting. Jackson, time management is a nightmare here. I do not recommend this location.

This is a good Domino's. The orders are 99.999% correct and delivered in good shape. The staff is really nice. Kona, one of the delivery drivers is the best -so nice, funny. Kona is the reason I left this review ☆☆☆☆• Updated review 4/3/25 Sam is a great deliver driver. We had a good laugh when me and my neighbor across the street ordered at about the same time. This is consistently the very best Dominos I've ever ordered from. Props to you guys!
I will say - after reading some of the reviews online - sometimes it takes a bit of time to get any food delivery, but jeez, stores are busy and can't magically make everyone's order right when they order it and then deliver it magically right after it's made. App times are never right, and expectations are sometimes unrealistic. Be nice to food service workers. It can be a thankless, stressful job (of course some people reallyjust dont give a *F*). Props to all the workers out there and the drivers that are doing their best.

Placed an order on the app and used their tracker to estimate times. Once the tracker said it was completed we arrived at the store only to be told it hadn't even been put in the oven yet and would be another 20 minutes. After waiting the additional 20 minutes I am told it is still in the oven and would be another 10 minutes. Unacceptable service. Not ever using this location ever again.

The dining room is great.
My complaint is that there is no drinking fountain, it is important for a dining room to have a drinking fountain. I was disappointed not to see one.
Boneless wings really!? More like tater tots from a frozen bag dont let the menu pictures fool you. But the sandwiches are good

Every dominos I order from has no problems getting their orders right and on time. Not sure what’s slowing this location down so much but this is the 3rd time our order of 2 medium pizzas took over an hour to make.

Both times we've been in St George we've ordered pizza here and had to wait nearly 90 minutes. The first time we ordered online it said it would be done in 25 minutes, but it ended up being 3x that. This time we remembered and ordered when we were 35 minutes away. It said it would be ready in 37 minutes so the timing seemed perfect. When we got there, we were told it would probably be done in 35 minutes MORE than the 37 we had already waited. Don't order here on a Friday night.
