Coffee is too gosh darn expensive, so I think there's this unwritten rule now that part of the deal is the 7-second hype session from the barista. This is completely subjective and vibes-based, but Dutch Bros has mastered it. Now this again is a business who knows how to treat customers and how to treat employees!! It was pouring rain this morning, yet this sweet worker was warm and dry! Dutch Brothers had this getup for her. She doesn't have to navigate to try to juggle and hold electronic equipment, an order pad, a cell phone, and an umbrella all at the same time.
