“My mom and I got our drinks from swig on the bluff and something seemed very off abt my drink, we were in Santa Clara when we realized something was bad. We went to the Swig in Santa Clara and explained what happened and they made me a brand new one and made sure I liked it before we left. The manager was so nice and helpful!“

“This was my 1st time going to Roxberry Juice. Their Smoothie and Fruit Bowl was great. I got a Ocean Breeze Smoothie and a Hawaiian Bowl. Their were great. They are a bit pricier then some places. But we’ll worth it. I got a small bowl and that is 12 oz. and the bowl was filled to the top. Everything looked and tasted very fresh. In the smoothies there are a few extra additives u can add for no charge for the 1st one. I don’t know of any place that does this for u. There are some also for additional charges. But that’s only fair. Loved the place. I’ll definitely be back Here’s a picture of the fruit bowl. Not really sure that taking a picture of the smoothie cup will help much.“

“Went here with my volleyball team. We each ordered different items off their menu. I ordered a spaghetti squash bowl with chicken. The rest of my team ordered a tri tip bowl with roasted veggies, 2 berry salads, & one salmon bowl with veggies. All the items are prepared fresh and brought to the table after ordering with the cashier.
Everything tasted good, but all the dishes had some level of mild to hotter spices in the mix. My chicken pieces were very dry and overcooked, but the other people who ordered salads, the chicken, was better tasting and not dried out.
We'll probably come back and try some other offerings and see if we can have the spice level dropped a bit before preparation.

Vegetarian options: Any of the dishes cox be made vegetarian. They have plant based alternative selections

Parking: Smaller parking section available for this restaurant located in a strip mall area. You may have to park a little ways away and walk back.“

“It is soooo clean and nice! They have a regular drive through set up which I actually prefer. The app is so much more user friendly than others like swig. The workers were so nice and I had a huge order. Mackenzie helped me at the window and was very sincere and personable. Will definitely be coming back!“

I personally think the menu both online and in person is hard to understand, the recipes aren’t just straight and to the point to read and that made it difficult to pick out a smoothie.
I ended up getting the Orange Dream something and it tastes like a thicker orange Julius, so yummy👌🏽
My husband got the aloha pineapple and it is tart!
I’d go back just for the team members. They’re awesome.“

I’m not the biggest coffee drinker so I’m not super educated when it comes to my beans and all the ins and outs but I like to find my fix and usually stick with it. The coffee goddess that served me showed amazing customer service and I was not able to catch her name, but nonetheless I’d like to express my thanks again and hope this can reach her :)“

And THEN, three hours later I came back to inquire about a wallet I had lost. And Krista searched the restaurant and found it on the floor underneath the table. She is so thorough and thoughtful! She should get a raise or become a manager for sure! Today was my first time at Tropical Smoothie, but because of my positive experience, it definitely won’t be the last.“

“Love DB. Always have nice conversations with the window staff; they seem genuinely interested in talking with their customers.

Two concerns:

* when going through the drive thru lanes, 2 young lady employees routinely hold up progress by taking my time to chat and chat and giggle and brush their hair back from their face and stomp their feet on the pavement while laughing hysterically with their church/school/neighborhood buddies and boyfriends. 😡

*the staff routinely asks me to leave a tip prior to services rendered. Sometimes I regret having left only $1 and other times I want a refund on my $3 tip. How about this: when handing the customer their order ask if s/he would like to leave a little something for DB’s outstanding customer service.“

“I was hesitant to try this place out because we have so many soda shops in town and I normally frequent another one, but Pop is closer to work and I can honestly say that after trying them out, they’re better than the others! Their frosted sugar cookie especially impressed me! It tasted very similar to a homemade recipe I’ve tried, whereas I feel like other chains have gone down in their quality. “SWIG provides a good assortment of standard and flavored sodas to go. Pretzels and cookies are also available.
Purchasing SWIG mugs is hit and miss as they are so popular. (I suggest buying the silicone straws over hard straws.)
