We’ve tried this place twice and I just can’t figure out what people like so much about it. Am I get the wrong things? I asked what the most popular dish is and they gave me the nachos. Definitely felt fresh, but was more like a salad on top of chips. No melty cheese. No eating this with your fingers. As far as the sweet pork goes, it was ok but halfway through my meal lost interest. My kids did love the chicken tacos on the kids menu but it is pretty hard to mess up plain chicken in a tortilla. I actually have yet to find an amazing Mexican place here in St. George BUT if you want the best enchiladas, go to Irmita’s and get the Suizas. Nothing else there is very good. Or go to Pepe’s and get the fish tacos.
The people at Lamy’s were really nice but my duty is to give honest reviews🫡 I say if you’re looking for good Mexican, skip it.

The food here is lovely. But sadly the people who work here are disgustingly ignorant. The MOST racist place in all of st.george so I wouldn’t recommend it if you aren’t Hispanic. Also if you happen to be deathly allergic of anything might as well just keep it to yourself bc they are gonna throw 2-3 toddler fits about the fact you didn’t want to go into anaphylactic shock during lunch. I have to have them remake my food at least once every time I’ve come here in the last 2 years because they always try to put the ONE singular thing I’m allergic to on it even tho I start by asking them to leave it off. And then when I say I wanted it without that they say “are you serious” and throw the whole plate of food away all pissy before walking away and not saying or even acknowledging I exist for several minutes before coming back to act like nothing happened and make my food. They also only say things like “hello, welcome in” or even talk to costumer appropriately if they are Hispanic and if they are not they completely ignore them only talking to them if they have to (ie.when asking or talking about their order.)
Dietary restrictions: They don’t seem to care much about allergies or food intolerances. Usually telling me to just get it the regular way and not be difficult.

Food with attitude. I enjoy the food, it's healthy and not unreasonably priced but if you've ever watched Seinfeld you know about the Soup Nazi, same idea here. If you don’t, goggle it. You’ll get it. The owner likes to make his customers feel small and some of the other workers are not friendly. Doesn't work well with running a business. Please be nice to your customers and stop bossing them around or they’ll stop coming.

If you're going to microwave my enchiladas in Styrofoam, at least don't do it in front of me. This place is 100% a cartel front and I don't know how else to spell it out to you boomers
The Lamy’s nachos are SO good. My kids had a hard time with their meal because the pinto beans and chicken in their kids meal tacos were spicy.
The food is good and service is good. I’m just wondering why when I order a burrito online, it doesn’t give me the option to have it “smothered”? I would really prefer that.

Food is great as always for a good price. What stood out to me today was a girl that was crying. The owner went over to her asked her what was going on and he listened to her. She stated that she didn’t have enough money to pay off her library balance, and the owner without thinking took money out of his own pocket and gave to her to go pay off her balance. This shows me that the owner cares for his community and takes time to be understanding.

Drive through is fast, workers wete friendly and nice. Burrito is quality, nice and spicy. They cooked it fast too, and it sure beats Tacobell. I felt fine hours after eating here if that's a concern for anyone. 10/10 would recommend.
Parking: Easy AF, parking lot is open all the time, half of it is just a dirt lot.
Kid-friendliness: They've a kid's menu, and colorful decorations and things, no play place or anything like that.

Lamy's Made food for 120 people in our group. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it. If you have a big event, I highly recommend them. Doug

This place has really good food but the thing is it is expensive for high schoolers I wish they added a cheaper option for high schoolers that could be smaller portions.

Great price, great service. Pretty authentic Mexican food, and tons of options. Portion is generous as well.
I had the chorizo breakfast burrito. The price was great and it was huge and delicious!
