We only go here once a year, and that falls on “free cone day” and every year, they forget our order and we always end up waiting 45 minutes for our food. Their food ice cream is fine, but nothing more than fine and nothing to rave about. There are so many other burger/ice cream places in the area that I would choose over DQ. Just sayin!
DQ is on the higher end of expensive for a fast food joint. All of the extra silly little price add-ons bothered me.
But, they make one of the best fish sandwiches I have ever tasted! Excellent fish sandwich with ranch sauce.

The young man behind the counter was working as fast as he could, pretty awkward but he was trying his best.
What's going to give an extremely bad rating but I do understand that they were probably short-staffed.
He went out of his way to help so even though that I was unpleased with the service that I got or having to wait so long I still gave him a tip because he was definitely trying.
