I love this place. I love everything here. Ive been eating here ever since i could walk. The playground is so nostalgic considering that ive lives in saratoga springs my whole life

This place sucks they overload with sauce on a chicken sandwich and its nasty soggy bun simply gross then when i tell the manager. With attitued she yells at me saying you know just so your aware thats how we make our sandwiches they are designed to be super messy I am so disappointed ☹️ my kids insisted simply trash

Arctic Circle as a franchise is very mid. Their food is mediocre, their service is never anything special but something about their buildings usually has a very comfortable feel to them. Pretty much the only reason why I still go to Arctic Circle is because it's just cozy. I like getting a burger and fries with a shake and just hanging out in a booth.
Had a great experience while eating near the children's play area. The cashier came in and asked if we wanted a courtesy cone! So nice. Ice cream is tasty here and the food is fresh.

Make sure you check your bags. We were shorted a fry and didn’t notice til we got home and were eating. Unfortunately it wasn’t super close and not worth the drive back.

The food is just nasty. Ordered fish n chips and the fish was burnt pretty bad. The shake was not anywhere near as good as they used to be, soft serve ice cream in a cup with topping sprinkled on top. Too bad. I used to enjoy A/C. This one in Saratoga Springs is really not good anymore at all. Sorry, but the food was even cold. Very expensive, too. I was quite shocked at the prices. We won't be going there again.

Tried giving this place many chances because I genuinely liked the food here, but this was my last straw after they got my order wrong and left my drink lid open so it could spill, the last 3 times I’ve come here the younger blonde with shorter hair has been extremely rude to us giving us dirty looks so we could leave faster to even throwing the food in the car, she doesn’t even wear a name tag so I couldn’t get her name, I’m sure she treats everyone else just as rude.
