Beto's Mexican Grill

Did a pick up order twice in the last 3 weeks. First one they got completely wrong!! Ordered red enchilada sauce, got green, no onions, got tons of onions!! Tonight food was cold, enchilada sauce tasted like tomato sauce. Will NEVER recommend or go to this restaurant again!!

Coming back to change my review after the experience I had today it was awesome! Food and customer service is back! Also the salsa and the choices are great!

8pm Jan 23rd. Me in the drive thru. I need 6 green sauce to eat this California burrito. Worker: heres two. No no really. I eat every drop of the sauce. i need 6. Worker: here is one more.

This was not a language barrier, this was bad service. I had to go in the store, totally defeating the purpose of the drive thru. Thanks guy.

Friendly employees but the portions are bad. For a $19 carne asada fries, the portion is much smaller than it used to be. Definitely will not buy it again.

Angie is the so cute & the sweetest & definitely made for a position in customer service, shes super positive and personable and i felt like i was really taken care of especially with the typical drive thru experiences other places.

My husband comes to Beto’s all the time. Loves their burritos! So I decided to go through their drive thru. I accidentally parked too far away from the window. The owners daughter went above and beyond trying to make it work. She was super kind and considerate. The food is amazing!! Highly recommend! For a private business, this was the best experience I ever had. 10/10

Carne asada fries are still awesome, but everything is way too expensive for what it is. They're still great people.

Went through the drive thru last night. Three different people spoke in the speaker. The last person took my order but it was very low volume. The first two people were very loud. I ordered two beans breakfast burritos. The menu says it comes with eggs. When i got home it was two burritos filled with only beans. I even repeated my order to the guy and said breakfast burritos. $22 for tortillas and a pound of beans will sure never make me return to this location.

Great food but customer service sucks. Can’t understand English well, when they don’t understand you they get mean. Fix your drive thru speaker as well.

This place used to be so good. Only positive now is all the different sauces.. The food sucks now and prices are way over the top. They can't even cook their fries right.. soft and limp, everytime. We're done going there. The new Mexican restaurant is way better and cheaper.

I Absolutely enjoyed my experience at this location so much! Their guacamole sauce was the best I've ever had from any Betos locations! Super yummy and fresh!

I went to Betos yesterday. About 11 hours later; I’ve locked my self in the bathroom with the absolute worse food poisoning!!! I can’t eat or drink and to make matters worse I have three young kids I need to care for! Upon scanning the reviews for this location it seems to be a pretty common problem at this location! Food Bourne illnesses are incredibly dangerous and not fun to deal with! I recommend having some training focusing around the topic as well as cleanliness so that people such as myself, who simply wanted enjoy some Mexican food, don’t end up regretting coming establishment!
