We ordered food here yesterday and our bill came to about $53 and I don’t remember looking at the receipt and probably threw it away but our bank shows the pending 53$ and then it took out $69. I’ll be going back in the morning to figures out why they charged us 16$ extra dollars and hopefully get my money back. No I didn’t tip nor did I see an option to tip and if I did I would have opted out because it’s not my job to pay employees. We got 4 burritos for over $50. That’s expensive and to be charged an extra $16 with no permission or anything seems scetchy to me. Hopefully I get a refund.We ordered 2 breakfast burritos. 1 Texano burrito and 1 carme asada fries with a large horchata

This Betos location has improved SO MUCH!!! I can't say enough good things about it!! Current management must be great, because this visit was 10/10. Burritos were HUGE, all meals were flavorful, food was hot and Service was FAST. Customer service was kind and the inside was clean and comfortable. We got our food to go and we're pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the food. We spent $95 this visit and it was worth every penny.

I would like to bring to your attention an incident where certain food items were refused due to the cleaning of the deep fryer. As a business owner, I believe it is important to address and rectify this cultural practice within this location.I hope the owner reads this and corrects this culture practice within this location.

Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Hardly any carne asada, mostly beans in my chimichanga and no meat in the rolled tacos. Food fried to almost being burned. Had to throw it out. I’ll never go back. Gross ?

The food is awesome and the service is really great! I highly recommend carne asada and the spanish omelette! The place is also very clean and organized. Please, keep the quality of food and the service. My experience was excellent!

Have tried this location multiple times through the drive thru at a variety of times ans days of the week. The food has repeatedly been disappointing weather the food is cold or the cheese not even slightly melted in the burritos and quesadilla. We love Betos! Just recommend a different location.
This is the first business where I’ve ever been harassed for tips IN A DRIVE-THRU. And for that reason, I’m out. This is a burrito place, not a charity.Management take note: us consumers are tiring of being pressured to supplement your employees’ paychecks. That’s your job.

I have always loved Betos and have LOVED their deal with the Starving Student Card. Tonight I went and got two bean and cheese burritos. They wouldn’t accept my card and then I got the floppy, loosely folded burritos with a completely different refried bean than what Betos has done for years. It was like refried paste… I don’t know what’s up but it sounds like new management is changing things up trying to increase profits instead of caring for those who actually vote with their dollars. -RIP Betos. You were amazing… but that was then and this is now.

Sunday evening hours closing at 1:00 a.m. pull up to the drive-thru at 12:50 and and their automated message said that they were closed pull up to the lobby open sign still on lobby's locked and the cashier tells me to go away that that's it. Pointing at my watch cashier throws his hands up in the air guys get back to what I'm assuming work. Businesses please take note that if you have a hours of operation sign that people are expecting those hours to be operable not you guys are closing a half hour before your closing time and not accepting customers that doesn't make any sense. Why put hours of operation and times if you guys are not going to be open during that time and you guys are going to be cleaning and doing tools a half hour before closing. Very disappointed. Can't seen to get your order right. Check everything before you leave. Very inconsistent flavor. I've tried 4 times. This is my last. Didn't get hat I ordered. And little flavor. Rolled tacos were tiny, what a joke. Never going back.
