I'll start by saying the workers are very polite and nice. I was there at 7pm. They were out of vegetables, and several items liked like they needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing them they simply said they were out of the items.

The bathrooms were not kept. The specialty drinks like the lemonade were all empty. Napkins were flung all over the place near the same area. Overall the store wasn't kept.

More times than not, I’ve had crunchy rice and overcooked chicken. Nothing worse than getting home after ordering to-go and your first bite (and every one after that) being absolutely disappointing. I’ve had more bad meals here than good.

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating but I’ve been greatly disappointed with my meals recently. I love Chipotle, and having been ordering from this restaurant for a year but it’s just getting worse and worse quality.

I always use the mobile app and the mobile pick up lane. That service is wonderful and the food is always ready right on time. The workers are wonderful and always smiling.
