Updated review: I hate to change a review but this is the second time in a row our online order was not made correctly. I understand things happen but being the 2nd time in a row it was disappointing especially since we always try to leave a tip too. For one sandwich we asked for extra mayo and instead there was absolutely no mayo along with no oil, and no onions. On top of this the lettuce for both sandwiches was turning brown and the bread was hard making it not an enjoyable...

We ordered online, got there 15 minutes past when our food was supposed to be done and had to wait another 20 minutes for our food, it's sad to see this place end up like all other Saratoga fast food places. Crappie service.

Best sandwich shop around. It’s a chain that feels like a local spot. Great employees and food. Management is easy to work with and I’ve never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work.
