Usually the workers here are great but the past few times we’ve gone they have been so rude. They were rude to every single person in our party including the kids. Super disappointing.

I used to be such a big fan of Mod pizza. Spent AN HOUR waiting for our pizza. Asked the worker twice with a reply “it’s on the way”. IT WAS NEVER ON THE WAY. Walked out without a pizza, absolute waste of time. Kid Dropped the Ball. Unfortunate; lost our business. 1/31/25

On 01/29/25 around 10:40 am all customers around, including military guys, saw an employee ( cooking pizza / making salad) yelling and using profanity words to a Delivery person at this store. I did not get the chance to write his name because I just want to be out of there and not coming back again. Manager should review the cameras to find out is that guy does not like to work under pressure, otherwise the restaurant will loose a lot a customers.
I will write an email to the franchise to let them know also. This type of behaviors are unacceptable.

I have come to this Mod pizza numerous times. It suits pretty much every occasion with consistency and flavor like no other. Today was just like any other day really great food and low wait time. The employee that helped us today named Ethan was very patient and kind. I highly recommend this location for Mod pizza!

Honestly the best people work here. The food is always great and the service is so above and beyond. They really make you feel like family. The owner or manager is an incredible human and it shows in how they run the facility and treat their workers and customers. It’s always a treat coming in and are so great at taking orders from my picky kids and make the pizza exactly how they want it. We just love the Saratoga MOD pizza! Best dining experience

The pizza wasn’t very good. I ordered a Cesar salad and asked for the dressing on the side. They gave me two sides (cups with lids) that were less than half full of dressing. I asked for more dressing and the person said he would get it but never did. $36 for a crappy salad and a not very good pizza. No more Saratoga Springs MOD Pizza for us.

I specifically love the location in Saratoga Springs. Very friendly staff and very clean. I like that Mod Pizza allows you to customize your pizza at no additional charge. It is a great place to go for a yummy pizza!

Stopped by with my girlfriend, the pizza was amazing and the staff was kind. However there was a small issue with flys throughout the restaurant that cast a doubt on whether they'd landed on the food.
