My very favorite pizza place ever! For one price, you can build your own pizza and I love to pile it on high. Recently I had to wait an unusual amount of time to order and it was not busy and there were 4 people working. I mentioned this and they comped my pizza and gave me a coupon for a free pizza for my next visit. I was very happy about that! I highly recommend MOD Pizza!!! ?

I love mod pizza! I’ll never forget when we first moved out here and the first time I ever went there, the worker saw my NICU bracelet and talked about how they had a baby in the NICU once… and then gave me my meal for free. And I’ve been back dozens of times and it’s always fresh, and warm, and delicious. Never had any problem there.

The service at this location is really terrible. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but I have been there three times in the last few months and had the same problem every single time. The service is SO very slow. I was second in line and it took 30 minutes to get our pizzas. They were very slowly made and I will not eat here again even though they have some of the best pebble ice around.

Probably the worst crew. They acted like they couldn’t made decisions themselves or problem solve which cost them add on orders of wings. The crew spent the entire time they weren’t making pizzas on their phones. Long line and only one person out front while 5 people waited for her to do it all. She had to make pizzas take orders and answer the phone. Poor guys sat in line waiting and they were complaining they were on their work break.

I love mod pizza and this doesn’t stop me from coming back. But why is the person cashing me out more focused on his Snapchat then he is on letting me pay so I can go eat. He asked me what I ordered typed it in then went straight onto his phone and responds to 2 texts before looking up at me and saying what the total is and then giving me my change. Like come on

Come on MOD… Great pizza but disgusting and gross on the cleanliness. Major FAIL and it wasn’t even busy. Kind of took my appetite away. I never leave reviews, but I’d hope the owners would really want to know how gross and unclean this was.

Your shift lead in the pink bucket hat has a bad attitude that needs to be addressed and needs to work on time management. My mobile order was made last, after a few customers walked into the store and ordered in person. It was nearly thirty minutes late on a basic pizza! How is there a thirty minute wait on a mobile order when your lobby is nearly completely empty? what’s the point of mobile orders if it’s going to be made and cooked when i walk in the store? get it together please.

Ordered curbside pickup. Got there early so I understood that I had to wait. Called they told me it'd be out shortly. Took 10 min of me waiting for me to go Inside to get my now cold pizza. Because they didn't want to bring it out to me. Jus girder pickup you food will be hotter. I would have had I not had my kids in my car. Top it all off. The messed up my order.
