Might be the best Hawaiian/Hawaiian fusion food I've had in Utah. Also might be my favorite food truck! Everything had a lot of flavor, and they pair flavors together really well — the pickled onions on pork belly was especially good, but so are the dishes that combine sweet and spicy. They put care into everything, even the side dishes like the kimchi fried rice and mac salad, which makes everything on the plate stand out as excellent.I got the Pele plate, and it can definitely feed two, so don't be afraid of the cost on that one. I loved everything in it!Everyone that was working was so nice, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu! I added it to my Utah food favorites list!

Found the food truck and tasted the best Hawaiian food I’ve had here in Utah.Classic island style plate lunch items, but the recipes are elevated foodie-level works of art.Poke is perfect. Love the Pele Plate with kimchee fried rice. Musubi was amazing. Looking forward to trying other menu items.Run by a friendly and welcoming crew who embody a true expression of “Aloha”.

Seriously the best Hawaiian food up here. The Korean chicken is ono! And the teriyaki loco moco is a must try. Honestly you can't go wrong. Amazing service and I love supporting a small business that's out there working their tails off. Oh and the poke tastes so fresh!

I've been following this food truck for months and love everything they make. You have to check their instagram page (@natinbutgrindz) for the most amazing food and videos. My pictures do not do them credit. Their truck doesn't get up to Davis or Weber county often so I'm always willing to make my schedule to accommodate them when they do. Mochisadas are incredible- love the mash up of desserts. Pork belly bao bun- didn't stand a chance. I inhale that kimchi pickled onions and well seasoned baddie. I could have eaten 10 of those flavor clouds!!Fried spam musubi- no words!!Got the bento box and it easily weighed 2lbs with all the bomb foodLove how they make their saimin- I was expecting a cup but like that it was dry style. Korean chicken - chef kissSpicy poke!! Yes!!Can't wait to try their mochiko chicken, spicy Mac salad and loco moco.

Kahlua pork was really good, probably the best I had, even compared to the stuff I had in HI. The pork belly was good, especially paired with the pickled onions. I also had the ube mochisada, I just love ube. Bottom line, I really enjoyed it.

Had a little bit of everything. Their fried chicken is pretty good and the masubi too but the poke, the noodle side, the kimchi just wasn’t very good. But definitely would come back to try some of the other meats.
