Healthy and delicious. Although it's not the same price as a icecream it definitely is healthier and satisfies your sweet tooth. I haven't had everything on the menu yet but so far I haven't had a single bowl I didn't love. Plus the staff is always kind to my kids and they have conversations jars at the tables which is such a cute idea.

What a great alternative to your typical dessert place. We have started to come here as family to get our evening family desserts and I am happy to report that both of my kids love it and they actually prefer it to Ice Cream which I am okay with. This place is definitely more than a dessert spot though, if you want a healthier lunch or breakfast option I would also recommend many of their bowl options as well. My personal favorite is the Sunrise bowl but I request it with no granola cause the granola is just a mess and becomes frozen before you can even finish it. The inside it fun with a few seating areas. They have little question bowls at each surfboard(table) so while you eat or wait for your food you can ask each other some different questions which I think is really fun and should be practiced at other places too to get people look up from their phones.

My office catered this for breakfast today and I am impressed!!! Everyone loved it and I loved it so much that I'll be taken my family here this weekend as our weekly treat. Healthier than our usual ice cream and an amazing replacement if you want to go the healthy route. If you know anything about me, I am an ice cream lover, but this was amazing. The smallest size was perfect, but if this is being used as more of a meal, then a larger size would be best. So good!

This place is next door to Betos in Saratoga Springs and I've passed by many times and didn't see it. It is worth a visit if you are trying to eat healthier but still crave dessert. It's the best of both worlds with no refined sugar, and a treat satisfying enough to give ice cream a run for its money! The flavors are delish and the toppings make it the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a little pricey compared to the "junk" competition out there and for the price, they really need to add a few other fruit toppings like pineapple, blueberries, mangoes, or raspberries. Still, I think it's close to being the perfect treat after a big workout at VASA!

Delicious smoothie bowls! I'm severely allergic to peanuts and other tree nuts and really appreciate that the smoothies are premade (less chance of blender cross contamination), the granola has no nuts in it, and they have a separate prep area for allergy safety. Would highly recommend them!
