Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered two ny style pizzas at 4:45 pm and entered the store 12 minutes later. I stood in the corner next to other customers and waited. An employee asked for my name then acted annoyed and said it would be done around 20 minutes later. I waited and noticed they never began my order. A woman came in and ordered and was told 15 minutes for her pizzas. Then a man came in, ordered a pizza and was told 2-3 minutes. I calmly asked if mine could be made as well since I was waiting in store. The staff jumped all over me, their reaction was unusually and disproportionately angry. No, they said, online orders never take priority. I then said that’s ok can I just get a refund, they were acting angry and it wasn’t worth it to me. They then said ok, it’ll come in several days. I asked to please have a receipt and they said nothing to me and started taking another order. I asked again if I could please have a receipt that my order had been cancelled and refunded and the cashier yelled at me that he could not do it (apparently I was just supposed to know this intuitively) and that it would be done somewhere else by the manager, who was at that point ignoring me. I never received a receipt at the store. The entire encounter was rude and unprofessional; the manager is really an angry and defensive man who is unable to talk calmly to paying customers.

The pizza is always great. My biggest issue is they don't fill the marinara sauce containers up enough. The 2 containers I got today were a scam. One of them was half full and the other one was probably barely a 1/3. Very disappointing.

Quick service, I ordered in the store and it was ready in about 5 min. There were conversations happening behind the counter that might offend other customers, but other then that, it was great

Called for dinner tonight. They took the order and charged me for extras that were not provided. I called them (they close at 8 pm), it was 7:35 ish, they wanted me to bring the pizza back. They didn't even offer to give back the money I paid for all the extras. Super frustrated.

Ordered a pizza 🍕 and wasn’t able to get there before they locked the doors my pizza ready time was 5mins before close. Well trying to get a refund is a nightmare like super unprofessional and worst place to deal with.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up like normal. I changed the sauce online to a different sauce because I am deathly allergic to regular pizza sauce. I didn't see the sauce until after the pizza was cooked. I called the location I got it from and I was told "The best we could do is 50% off or a refund"... I have never had a pizza place not own up to their mistake. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning in the future. Will be worth the extra drive to Lehi.

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to the store manager, Adam. I informed him that we had ordered pizza last night and it had terrible quality despite following all the baking instructions. This is besides the fact that we had to wait for an hour for our pizza to be ready after our designated pick up time. The dough was too hard, and the sauce did not taste right- it tasted watery and old. Our whole family ended up with food poisoning. I requested a refund for our pizza and Adam said, " we can only refund if you return the product". I was baffled. I told him that didn't make sense since we baked the pizza and ate some of it. He then offered a 20% discount on my next order. When I requested to speak to someone else, he said he was the store manager, and that was their policy. His words were "That's the way it is and it's up to you". Absolutely terrible customer service.

I put in an order at 1 to pick up at 3:30 and I came at 3:45 and it still wasn’t started. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes and it still wasn’t started. Not sure who is in charge but this was the second time this has happened. If you want your pizza, don’t go here.

I understand Halloween is a busy day for Papa Murphys, but it seems like online orders were prioritized over walk-in orders.

I walked in and placed an ordered, early in the day. I was told it would be 4 hours until my pizzas were ready.
I showed up 4.5 hours later, and my pizzas weren’t done.
I was told I could wait another 20minutes or so and they’d have them ready.
Hind-sight, I should have just waited because a refund took another 20 minutes.
Very disappointed.
