Diego went above and beyond to make our visit incredible. He brought our food out to us outside, surprised our dogs with pup cups and fresh water, and treated us with genuine kindness the entire time. His attention to detail and thoughtful service made us feel truly valued. Service like this is rare these days! Diego deserves a raise and a promotion—he’s exactly the kind of person who makes a business shine.

I dine at The habit in sandy often and it’s great. Went to Saratoga springs location and the burger wasn’t fully cooked and got sick. Forgot and went back. The Santa Barbara char was terrible and nothing like the original. Was there even meat on it? Wont be going back

I haven't eaten the food yet, because I'm writing this while I've been sitting in the drive through for 20+ minutes with only one car in front of me.... So I guess I'll let you know how the food tastes if I ever get it

The gal that took my order was delightfully friendly. I think my order got lost in the mix somehow because I was waiting a minute but the customer service was great. They took care of me and were so sweet about it . Also, yummy! I love the sweet potato fries!
