My order was missing, and the manager proceeded to state they put everything in the bag and that it was there. Then when I told him I couldn't go pick up the food because I was working at home, he proceeded to explain he wasn't going to personally eat the costs because he just spent $2700 on car repairs. Customer service was terrible. I used to love this place. But as a working mom who really needed BOTH of my kids meals here tonight and not just one, I could've done without the insinuations I was lying and the lack of compassion for something they did incorrectly. I am just aghast at how I was treated.

I wanted to ensure I got this review out here immediately after eating. I’ve had The Smoked Taco before as we have catered a few times for work. But since we were in the area I figured I’d take the family. We all not only loved our food but the service was outstanding. I had to ask Jordan at the Murray location what his name was so that I could mention him in this review. Great food. Great service. I highly recommend not only stopping by but definitely for catering professionally as well.

Awesome prices and great tacos on Taco Tuesday! All chicken and pork tacos are like $3.75. 2 tacos are usually enough to get the job done.

The tacos at the Statoga location were decent. They eaie an extreme amount of sauce making them hard to eat but the flavor is good. The negative is that this location is unfortunately filthy, from the chairs, windows, restrooms, etc.

The food is good, but the last couple times in they’ve made mistakes on my order. The water from the soda machine also tastes really bad. Don’t know what’s up with that. The seating area near the front of the store also had some strange smells happening the last time I went in.

We love The Smoked Taco. Fun flavors and fast service. The Fleeing Californian is a favorite and the Bang Bang. The loaded tots and churro fries are so fun and delicious.

The al pastor and carnitas tacos were loaded with flavor, super fresh toppings, and the salsa bar was on point. Quick service, fun vibe, and prices are reasonable. Best tacos I've had in a while – definitely coming back!

Tacos were delicious. The only thing I was disappointed about was their lack of hot sauces and salsa. I like my Tacos with a bit of heat. The only thing they had was Cholula.
