The Smoked Taco

Our first smoked taco visit. We were kindly greeted and given some suggestions to try as this was our first visit. Rianna was helpful in answering our questions, made excellent recommendations, and boy howdy was it amazing! Loved the food! Def will try this again! Left 100% satisfied!!! Rianna, u killed it! Thank u so much!!

This was my second time trying Smoked Taco, and unfortunately I did not enjoy it. I ordered the SmokedTots and they were extremely salty. The service was great hut tge food wasn't.

We got the new Two Timer Combo. The tacos were amazing and our kids loved the churro fries. However, we had to have one of the tacos remade because I asked for no pico and we did not get our chips and salsa - which was partly our fault. We didn’t realize until we got home that we didn’t have all of our takeout order. Probably would’ve been 5 stars if our food was made correctly the first time AND we had received our whole order.

So so friendly and absolutely fresh and delicious. Great kids work in there. I will be back!!

As you walk up, you can smell smoked meat and it’s quite tempting. The smoked taco is a counter service restaurant that specializes in smoked meats. I tried the Bahn-fire taco and the Gringo. They were both exceptional. They do something with their tortillas that’s fantastic. I’m not sure what it is, but I’ll be coming back. Plenty of seating inside and is reminiscent of any other counter service restaurant you’ve been to. Service was prompt and friendly. Restaurant was clean and well cared for and the restrooms were clean. All in all a pleasant visit and I wish I lived close as I could see this could be a regular place for me.

The overall cleanliness of the place, especially the kitchen area, left a lot to be desired—there was food scattered all over the floor, which was a major turn-off. As for the tacos, I tried both the Bang Bang and the Gringo, and unfortunately, they were very underwhelming. The flavors were flat, the texture was off, and neither lived up to the creative names. It felt like presentation and quality weren’t a priority. Definitely not worth a return visit unless some serious improvements are made in both hygiene and taste.

Please bring a Smoked Taco to Herriman! It is amazing! It is worth driving down to Saratoga Springs, if that gives you any idea of how delicious the tacos are. Get the Fleeing Californian!

The best TACOS! I’d eat here every week if I could afford it. I haven’t tried a taco I didn’t like. The chips and guacamole are yummy, as well as the Elote.

I love this place! I get the bird every time and then choose any other GF option they got! They even have GF churro fries if you ask! I like some better than others, it overall I’ve never been disappointed in my choices. Two tacos is perfect for me. This location is my favorite as I always find a seat. Most locations don’t have enough seating, this one does.
