We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful meal here with breathtaking views. The food was exquisite and high quality. The servers were attentive and accommodating. One area of improvement was the cocktail - just ok. Overall, one of the best meals to day. Get the bison tenderloin.
Very underwhelming again. Snowbird frames itself as a high prestige resort but serves mediocre food with poor Service
La comida muy regular, el servicio fue muy malo. Además muy lejos de todo. No vale la pena
Gorgeous restaurant. Friendly staff. Food and drink were slow to arrive. All of the dishes were delicious!
The service was so slow and inattentive that neither the food/menu/views could compensate. We arrived a bit early for our 6:30 dinner but were told to wait in the bar. Seated promptly at 6:30, so you’d think they’d have figured out the flow so that we’d be served at a normal pace. But EVERY course took forever and over 2 hours later (8:45) we found ourselves waiting for the dessert we’d ordered 20 minutes earlier. Despite speaking with multiple wait staff about the holdup on a single piece of cheesecake, there was ZERO urgency on anyone’s part so we left money on the table and walked out. I now see that other reviewers have had poor service - BEWARE!

The location is great. Our food seemed great while we were there but slowly changed after we left. My wife ended up getting really sick and throwing up that night and I had diarrhea all day the next day. Not the best thing to experience after dropping over $130 on a dinner that is supposed to be high quality. We ordered the Risotto and the Elk pasta.

The Cliff Lodge is wonderful but the Aerie restaurant is awful. Seriously, eat downstairs at 71. The Aerie menu is so disappointing. Service is fair at best and descriptions of plates were misrepresented. The charcuterie appetizer was terrible in presentation and quality ($33). Only pasta available is with Elk. Sushi appetizer was not cold and questionably fresh. The children’s menu appears to be your best option.

do not come here. go downstairs to seventy one, it’s cheaper and better. We had a reservation at 7 and didn’t get our food until 9pm. Bread was good, but other than that, terrible. My food also had hairs in it. Bad.

Service was friendly but SO slow! 30 minutes to get cocktails and almost and hour to get food after we were seated.
The bison was delicious though. Portions are a little on the small side

Went for the Thanksgiving buffet. Had a reservation for 4 (no one told us it closed at 5 when we booked). They sat us at 4:20. We had our starters (we have small children so we had to take turns getting food) and by the time we went to get our main course we had to wait in the longest line of workers filling up takeaway boxes. My son wanted to try something new, we went back and they had cleared most of the food away. I asked a worker if I could have a box and she said “no, they’re just for people who work here”. We had a conversation and she finally got me a box. I filled it with the few cookies left at the dessert section.
I do have to say everything I tried was delicious. However, it was very inappropriate for a customer to have to fight for food next to their waitress.

Attended the Thanksgiving Buffet and left deeply disappointed. The staff appeared overwhelmed and stressed, which was reflected in the service and organization. Food items ran out quickly, and replacements were slow—waiting over 30 minutes for oysters only to see a mere 15-20 pieces restocked was frustrating. At one point, both turkey and ham were unavailable for at least 20 minutes. Many dishes were cold, food stations were disorganized and messy, and the overall service was lackluster. Charging $80 per person for this chaotic experience felt unreasonable. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Thanksgiving Buffet. Nice table by the window with a view. Waited 30 mins past reservation time, 20 more minutes for water. Over half of the food on the buffet was out, didn’t get to try a lot of it because it was never refilled. Only got about a tablespoon of turkey before that ran out. Any food that was available was cold. Worst Thanksgiving food I’ve ever had.
