Nice atmosphere with nice view. However, food was good but a bit pricey. The Lamb with sugar cane was the worse as it's mushy ground meat not very quality. Other than that the overall food was yummy serve with smaller portions.
Had the Hanger steak and the bison tenderloin, both cooked to perfection and phenomenal flavor. The bison came with mashed potatoes that were excellent.
The bison steaks were very small and inconsistently cooked. The medium rare steaks were all cooked medium to medium well. The waitress was ambivalent and didn't care to address the issues.
We had a fabulous meal. The views out the window are spectacular as well as the cuisine. Nice and quiet and perfect for us after a fun day at Oktoberfest. Our server Jenna was friendly and helpful.
Wonderful dinner experience! We'd highly recommend the beet appetizer and the bison tenderloin.
The restaurant was exceptional. Staff were wonderful. If you are in a wheelchair or not able to climb stairs you won't be able to get to the bar area easily. They have a homemade ramp that is very steep.
We had an amazing dining experience. Not only was the staff was excellent, but the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Our entire table enjoyed our meals but the Bison in particular was delicious. I would recommend The Aerie to everyone. If you're in the area, it's a must. We will definitely be back!
From start to finish, this restaurant was exceptional. The bison tenderloin was simply divine—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Easily one of the best cuts of meat I've had! Bex, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The service was top-notch throughout the meal. And the views—absolutely stunning! Whether it's the city skyline or nature in the distance, the setting is truly breathtaking. Overall, fantastic food, amazing service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Great view, good service, clean and nice place. Food was not good and way overpriced for what it was, I was expecting better for a $65 for an entree.
We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful meal here with breathtaking views. The food was exquisite and high quality. The servers were attentive and accommodating. One area of improvement was the cocktail - just ok. Overall, one of the best meals to day. Get the bison tenderloin.

Very underwhelming again. Snowbird frames itself as a high prestige resort but serves mediocre food with poor Service
La comida muy regular, el servicio fue muy malo. Además muy lejos de todo. No vale la pena
Gorgeous restaurant. Friendly staff. Food and drink were slow to arrive. All of the dishes were delicious!
The service was so slow and inattentive that neither the food/menu/views could compensate. We arrived a bit early for our 6:30 dinner but were told to wait in the bar. Seated promptly at 6:30, so you’d think they’d have figured out the flow so that we’d be served at a normal pace. But EVERY course took forever and over 2 hours later (8:45) we found ourselves waiting for the dessert we’d ordered 20 minutes earlier. Despite speaking with multiple wait staff about the holdup on a single piece of cheesecake, there was ZERO urgency on anyone’s part so we left money on the table and walked out. I now see that other reviewers have had poor service - BEWARE!

The location is great. Our food seemed great while we were there but slowly changed after we left. My wife ended up getting really sick and throwing up that night and I had diarrhea all day the next day. Not the best thing to experience after dropping over $130 on a dinner that is supposed to be high quality. We ordered the Risotto and the Elk pasta.
