Place is a lost opportunity.. corny cafeteria tables and decor, horrible service, average food overpriced food. Could be awesome with the glass and views but nope.

The food is delicious, thr service sucks.

Great wings and cold beers.

The waitress from Ithaca NY - was awesome. So friendly and offered some super helpful insider knowledge.

Very bad experience! We waited one hour and a half to get the food. No one checking us. Food is below average. Never going back.

Have had a decent experience here before when it was pretty much empty but this weekend was pretty bad. Pretty sure I watched my food sit under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes and it tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for an hour. super dried out. Save the money and eat at General Grits or somewhere else.

My experience here was great, the views, the food and the atmosphere were 10/10, Hannah my server was very attentive and friendly. I would be back.

Beef Banh Mi was amazing and so were the biscuits and gravy!! The Bloody Mary wasn't too bad either.

My sister's and I came here for brunch over this last weekend before Octoberfest started. I'm rating this 5 star based on our waiter and HIS service. He was absolutely amazing and hilarious. We enjoyed talking to him and he made our day with his banter. Best service ever thank you!

Food was mid. Service was atrocious. We stood waiting to get seated for 10 mins. Then waited 15 mins for someone to get our order. Lots of bussers on shift, total of 6, that were unnecessary. 2 actual waiters and 1 want to be manager walking circles and only really paying attention to people outside and picking up dishes. We got checked on maybe 1 our entire time. We ordered a latte and there was a hair in it. No apology, no we will take that off the bill. No sense of true customer service. Truly disappointed because we made reservations at the Cliff lodge to enjoy our day and had to leave severely disappointed from the service we received. Maybe because we were on the younger side the servers think we wouldn’t care, but it was truly a not great experience. We then had to wait over 20 mins for a check, asked for it to be split and they were unable to do it because they were “so busy”. We all work in the customer service industry and my experience today felt like the people who were supposed to make us feel welcome, did not and did not care for how they were treating their customers.

Loved their eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was awesome and the egg yokes were perfectly runny. Went a second time and they were consistent.
