Not great quality for still just as high of prices as everywhere else. I’d much rather go to Costa Vida or Cafe Rio for the same price and 10x better food. Staff didn’t try and talk much and was very confusing. Completely empty restaurant at 5pm and I don’t wonder why. All the ingredients had obviously been sitting out for a while and she didn’t stir them or anything

The food was good. My husband liked the queso because it wasn't spicy, it was creamy. The staff was friendly and nice.
Honestly just weird vibes here. The staff weren't rude, but definitely not super friendly. We got a burrito, a bowl and a kids meal. The rice was crispy from the heating tin, and the beans, salsas, and queso had a skin on them from not being stirred. The ingredients were not stirred before being served, resulting in crispy beans and rice in our food. The food was okay, not bad, but not that flavorful either. Compared to similar places, the prices are higher with fewer options. The soda fountain had several undrinkable options as the syrup was out and had not been replaced. Wouldn't reccomend. Our 2-year old loved her quesadilla with beans and rice though!

I’ve ate at the place many times before and the customer service was awesome and the food was fabulous so I came back a year later To have lunch with my daughter and show her how wonderful they were. Unfortunately The staff has been switched over, The customer service was horrible They were not accommodating nor kind, and could not get my order, correct. as a prepared my order, all they did was talk on the phone and text why touching my food very un-sanitized more so it says they provide Wi-Fi to customers when I asked for the Wi-Fi pass. They cannot provide it and told me they did not know it will not be coming back here never again at least at this location, if I could give you guys a -2 stars I would.. definitely need proper training and to do better. I was very disappointed in them and their service
The food service and atmosphere at this location is wonderful. It's very much like a Chipotle and you can have burritos, burrito bowls, as well as nachos and much more. It was a very clean location and I really enjoyed the burrito that I got while I was there.
