Had an interesting experience at this location. When I went in to buy some ice cream, as I was paying for my order the total came to about 40 bucks. The girls working weren't polite and were incredibly rude. As I was leaving the building I checked my receipt. Luckily, I asked for a receipt. They over charged me for 4 doubles instead of three. When I went back inside to get a refund, they acted like I was the inconsiderate one to even ask for a refund. They're service was incredibly rude. It was a definite negative experience.

I ordered one scoop on a sugar cone and a cup of marshmallow topping. I didn't leave a tip. I was charged 10.25 which was a ripoff and a ridiculous amount. The girl never even gave me a receipt. It looked like she added on a 4.00 tip for herself. I'm livid!
I'm waiting for the manager to call. I'm going after this person.

Alex is THE BEST! Wife and I came here with our baby, she helped us and was patient and fun-loving. She also helped us the previous visit and had the same positive attitude. Fantastic location! Delicious flavors!! Rockin' people!!!

DO NOT DoorDash or use Uber Eats. I spent almost $10 on the Banana Royale sundae. I was flabbergasted at the result. This cup is half empty. It wasn’t even a full scoop of ice cream. I am disgusted that no one is filling these orders properly. I have used a delivery service previously and had the same type of issue, but it had been almost a year so I figured things may have changed. I was completely wrong.

I accidentally ordered my husbands birthday cake a day after his birthday but the employees were able to accommodate me the day of. I appreciate their awesome customer service. And most importantly the cake was delicious! Thank you!

Osborne Adventures

I went in to this store with my 5 kids to use our T-Mobile coupon that was a BOGO coupon. Myself, my husband and my daughter all have the app. They tried to scan all three coupons and only one was accepted. So they tried it on different transactions and then told me the coupon had already been redeemed. We hadn't used them before, but they kept saying, "I'm sorry mam. There's nothing we can do." They finally called a manager and her solution was to pay for the cones or give them back. That was an absurd solution. My kids had been licking them while waiting. The error was on their system, not mine and I was being accused of using the coupon more than once to get free product. She said to me, "Hmm, these coupons normally work." I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I asked for a phone number to call and she just said, "you can look it up on the website." Unfortunately, this ruined our "fun" outing for the kids and I. I will not be returning and if you choose go, I hope you have a better experience than we did.

the girl working was very rude and short. we didn’t even end up ordering everything we were going to order because she was rushing us so bad. i’ll be sure to drive to the draper one next time.

Extremely rude staff and bad service. Kids were very disappointed with the flavors of the icecream as they were very sour and no cream in it. They did not even mention while kids chose the flavors based on the colors, that they were just very sour shaved ice or something. Upon mentioning to staff after kids tasted icecream, they didn't even bother to listen and very rude (tiny girl with lots of make up and one of the boys) refusing to make any small adjustment to make kid happy. Kids had triple scoop each. Had to trash the icecreams and they did not care about how kids felt. Overall bad experience. I would not go again to this store.

Didn’t like the music felt just like boring lobby music. I want to hear tunes so pulchritudinous it brings me to tears and it makes me feel nostalgic without me even hearing the song. I want to feel like I know the employees, not just them playing mindless music as if they’re being controlled by mind numbing CEO’s. The music was too soft and didn’t feel strong at all it seems as if they’re trying to be too xenodochial. As if they looked up “WhAtS tHe BeSt MuSiC tO PLaY To MiNdLEsS RoBOtS”. The music used to be perfect, it just feels dull now.
