Extremely rude staff and bad service. Kids were very disappointed with the flavors of the icecream as they were very sour and no cream in it. They did not even mention while kids chose the flavors based on the colors, that they were just very sour shaved ice or something. Upon mentioning to staff after kids tasted icecream, they didn't even bother to listen and very rude (tiny girl with lots of make up and one of the boys) refusing to make any small adjustment to make kid happy. Kids had triple scoop each. Had to trash the icecreams and they did not care about how kids felt. Overall bad experience. I would not go again to this store.Kid-friendliness: Rude staff

Didn’t like the music felt just like boring lobby music. I want to hear tunes so pulchritudinous it brings me to tears and it makes me feel nostalgic without me even hearing the song. I want to feel like I know the employees, not just them playing mindless music as if they’re being controlled by mind numbing CEO’s. The music was too soft and didn’t feel strong at all it seems as if they’re trying to be too xenodochial. As if they looked up “WhAtS tHe BeSt MuSiC tO PLaY To MiNdLEsS RoBOtS”. The music used to be perfect, it just feels dull now.

We ordered a cake for my daughters birthday a week ahead of time, however when we went to collect it it wasn’t ready. They told me “they made it too early but no one came to collect it” which seems crazy considering they have my contact details, surely they would have called. The employee dropped it at the party, however it had the wrong name on it. They told me “you can just wipe it off with a napkin”. The cake itself was delicious however it did cause a lot of undue stress when we should have been enjoying the party. Quite disappointing and no offer of compensation or reimbursement was offered which I found strange.

The customer service was GREAT! However, the places is actually pretty gross, floors were super horrible, their floor mats were disgustingly dirty, their cash register area broken. Management needs to get it together and fix the places up a bit

Ice cream from Baskin Robbins was good and all but I watched the girl named "Jayden" put her hair in the ice cream at this location in the district. Luckily it wasn't my ice cream that her hair was in, I mean at least of what I know of. After I watched her scoop the persons ice cream and rang me up, I asked her if she could pull her hair back because her hair was getting in the ice cream she just smiled and said yeah. After going back in to order something else I noticed her hair was still not out of the way. Very disgusting if you ask me.

sooooo good !!! i recommend the birthday cake one, it's my fav! you can get a cup of ice cream plus a sugar cone on top for free instead of having to pay extra for it.

I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins my entire life. I know their business hours in my head. They're open until 10:00 p.m. daily. Including Sundays. That's why I was surprised to see the open sign turned off at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Actually drove away and then decided to double check the hours on google. Sure enough until 10. I used to own a small restaurant and it was a huge piece of mine when I would catch my staff turning the sign off early to deter business if they wanted to go home. I did actually call the Baskin Robbins staff out for the sign being turned off and nobody took responsibility. I saw several other cars pull in a drive off like I did. Hope the franchise owner sees this and either fixes the broken sign or redirects their staff to never do this again. This is how people go out of business.
