I come to this coffee shop every time I'm in town and it's amazing. The coffee is always up to par but it always perfect temperature. I can drink it as soon as it's given to me, not burn my face off having to wait. Fantastic place! Highly recommend

I try not to leave negative reviews but today was so under par that I kind of can't excuse it. It's Beans and Brews, the menu is pretty solid, it's the same stuff at all locations but the service was abysmal.
We got here around 11 and it was dead quiet. Drive thru was not busy and there was only one couple ahead of us in line. It took the staff a very long time to take their order (which I think was only one drink.)
I ordered for my husband and I and to their credit the drinks were ready rather quickly.
But they were both wrong.
Despite this being a simple order, a cold brew and an iced latte. Now usually this wouldn't matter, mistakes can be easy to fix but with two drinks so simple as cream and cold brew and iced vanilla latte I'm not sure what the deal was.
In addition to that, I'm pregnant, I ordered mine decaf and while she did verbally say it was decaf, the fact that staff got both our orders wrong now makes me hesitate and wonder if they actually got the right coffee in my drink.
(This ^ is not an accusation merely a commentary on how if you managed to mistake two very simple drinks. It is not a stretch to believe he may have gotten the coffee wrong for a legit medical concern.)
All this to say that staff may want to have a quality control meeting.

The employees at store 129 are great. They are friendly, attentive and very good at their jobs. The store is a great place to start the day.

Once upon a time I named my cat after the caramel cielo…. Now I’m going to have to rename her… this drink tastes watered down and I think they changed their caramel so it doesn’t mix into the drink anymore, just sits at the bottom. Anytime I order food from them it is so crusty and hard it’s inedible and the drive through takes sooooo long. If you want beans n brews don’t go to this location

I would first like to say that I ordered from the 675 W 10600 S South Jordan, UT 84095 location but it is the corporate location that is not responding to emails or calls. ( 8619 Sandy Pkwy STE 110 Sandy, UT 84070-6404 )
I placed an online order on 01/10/2025 for a Buzz Box Hot Coffee for a work meeting for my boss for $14.56. I went to pick it up at the store location and I decided to order my own personal coffee on my own card which was $5.14. I then get back to work and noticed I got a notification from my credit card saying it had a pending charge of $20.78 ( which did fully go through and charge me that day ). I called the store immediately to let them know and they said they issued a refund and if I didn't get it within a few days to call back. I didn't get the refund so I called back and they took down my information to give to corporate and said they are 'really' good at responding within 48 hours but If I don't hear anything from them to call corporate myself, which I did and have yet to receive a response. It has been 1 day short from 2 weeks now and this is unacceptable and I am still owed money. I understand this was an honest mistake however it shouldn't take this long to get the issue resolved especially since I have the store employees saying that they probably aren't responding because they don't see it as urgent or important because it doesn't effect the look of the company. Funny when it's not your money you're owed that it's not urgent. I would highly appreciate if this was resolved ASAP.

Arrived a little over an hour before close and got denied of any hot food cause they “turned the oven off”. Not providing food service that far away from close is pretty disappointing!

Please don't judge this franchise off of this location. I love beans and brew as a whole. But this location specifically has issues.
The employees here burn the coffee every time without fail. The only reason I have been so many times is because of the location near my work. I have never had an issue at any other location but this one. Every single time I order, the coffee is off, and it's always the same two employees.
I hope that this can somehow reach corporate for them to look into this issue.

Posting a review again, two weeks later after I commented that the bathroom floor is disgusting. After being told by the owner that this would be taken care of, I don’t see any evidence of the bathroom floor being any cleaner.
