The pizza here is decent for Utah pizza but it's not NY style pizza, like some of its other chain locations (in other states). The pizza was made quickly and tasted fine but it just wasn't NY style, like we were looking for. We'd come here again because it actually does seem to be the best pizza around.

We were excited to be back in Utah to have Big Daddy’s pizza again. We ordered for delivery at 9:18 with an expected delivery time of 9:48. We did not hear anything from them and tried calling at 10:15 not realizing they had closed. No one called to let us know they were cancelling the order because it was too close to closing time. I called the next day to find out what happened and was told that they tried to call multiple times, which was not true and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to talk to a manager. I called back and was told there was no manager in store and to call another store to find a manager. That was unsuccessful. I’m extremely disappointed as we were looking forward to their pizza this trip. We will try another store farther away from our hotel.

The combination pizza was AWESOME. I think maybe it has been too long since I have had a specialty pizza because it smelled so good in the car, only half of it made it home. We just couldn't wait. 😃
I've been coming here since they were in South Jordan at 98th and bangerter the main person is very efficient and takes pride in his pizza place. Food always fresh and blows little Caesars out of the water.

One of my favorite pizza places of all time. Their pizza is always fresh, affordable and of high quality. I personally haven’t found any better pizza in the valley. This location is always consistently clean, professional, and timely. I can’t sing its praises enough.

Amazing customer service, amazing food, and very sanitary. I have been a loyal customer at Big Daddy's for 2 years now. I recently saw a review about a customer complaining about a kid working on Sunday. First you are being inconsiderate that he is just a kid at the end of the day. I'm also pretty sure you're the same one that yelled at the kid because you wanted deals which is obscured. It also doesn't make sense that a kid is playing a slot machine game use common sense and stop making lies. You can't complain about deals and connect it to the innocent kid. This world is messed up.
