I like the hot ready to grab food at lunch time it makes it convenient. Garlic cheese pizza was good and came with a dipping marinara cup. The employees here are always quick to greet you and have a good positive attitude. Thank you.

Received a promo text for a buy one get one free pizza on 10/31, went online to place my order and it said the code was invalid. When I called in the gentleman told me “we can’t do anything about it.” Love their pizza but the workers have poor customer service :(

This is my favorite pizza next to Pizza Time in Seattle, WA! But it’s my favorite pizza in Utah! I call it Ninja Turtle Pizza cause the cheese literally pulls away like the old cartoon Ninja Turtles Pizza! Haha! Yum!

The pizza here is decent for Utah pizza but it's not NY style pizza, like some of its other chain locations (in other states). The pizza was made quickly and tasted fine but it just wasn't NY style, like we were looking for. We'd come here again because it actually does seem to be the best pizza around.

We were excited to be back in Utah to have Big Daddy’s pizza again. We ordered for delivery at 9:18 with an expected delivery time of 9:48. We did not hear anything from them and tried calling at 10:15 not realizing they had closed. No one called to let us know they were cancelling the order because it was too close to closing time. I called the next day to find out what happened and was told that they tried to call multiple times, which was not true and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to talk to a manager. I called back and was told there was no manager in store and to call another store to find a manager. That was unsuccessful. I’m extremely disappointed as we were looking forward to their pizza this trip. We will try another store farther away from our hotel.
