not a single barista is taught how to make the drinks the same, and they are very inconsistent.

This place used to be an easy 5 for me. Service is still fantastic and I love everything on offer, but I loved the natural light that made this a wonderful spot to hang out at, but they tinted all the windows and now it’s very dark inside. It unfortunately puts a huge damper on the atmosphere for me and after summer ends I hope they remove at least some of it. Otherwise it’s very cute.

Erin was extremely rude and made the entire experience unenjoyable for me and the people with me. She was short, snippy, and seemed very annoyed the entire time she was talking to us. Extremely disappointed in the service here ?

I'm not sure what'd happened since the last time I've been in, but I feel like the quality has taken a dip.

My brother had a hotdog. And while I know this is not exactly a Michelin star order, the fact it was so burnt was pretty disappointing.

I also had a chai and it barely tasted like chai at all, just subtly spiced milk.

The baristas were very kind (and I was embarrassed to ask) in remaking it for me. Still, the chai was not as good.

The pastries are still incredible however, and that's what you should go in for.

This cafe has quickly become my go-to spot for a chill, productive day. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, allowing you to unwind and focus on your work without any distractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, yet they give you the space to enjoy your time. Plus, the food is delicious! Most every dish I've tried has been tasty and well-prepared. Whether you're looking to get some work done or just want to enjoy a coffee in peace, this cafe is the perfect place.

I enjoy going to Biscotts Bakery, great food and their coffees are always delicious! The staff is excellent and knowledgeable with the product. My favorite person is Erin, she is always welcoming and always ready to help us. I definitely keep coming back.

Night break comedy is where it's at for a little adult fun! Plan on it for your next date night. For warned it can get a little edgy but is always a blast. Fresh King (barista) Benjamin is the greatest and deserves a raise!
