Food was cold, cheese curds and mozzarella sticks came out after our wings. Curds were cold, wings were hard not crispy but hard. Drinks were watered down and we were not giving any straws or napkins, we were not checked on. Then we waited 10 minutes to get our check so we got up and walked to the front to pay them the server Tanisha had this look like if were skipping out, but then I told her we had been waiting for 10 minutes to pay, then she sucked her teeth like I did something wrong truth hurts lady! There was another employee standing in the front of the register and my wife said “excuse me We are going to pay” and Tanisha said “Uh I am right here” well tell your co worker to move then! Then my wife said to her “You know your service started off strong, then ended badly” Tanisha said “I bet!” Oh and I forgot to mention that they took forever to seat us and the two other couples ahead of us. This is twice in a row that the service has been horrible. Where’s the district managers at!?

Where’s the regional/General Manager? Fire them. What the heck is happening here? Extremely long wait times, very rude and poor service and it’s as if the staff is treating this location like it’s going to shut down so they don’t care anymore.

Sometimes you need to clean house. This place is in major need of restructuring.

My husband, son, and I ate here last night. There was a long wait time for EVERYTHING, and they seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress, Talisha, seemed to be covering a lot of tables and the bar, which seemed unusual. She was so nice and apologetic for the wait times, despite a nearby table being rude. She did her best, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. I just hope this location's management gets whatever was going on last night under control. Hire more wait staff and cooks or something.

well, it’s unfortunate that this location discriminates against people that look “alternative” or have visible tattoos, piercings and colorful hair. 3 of us went in for a quick lunch because we were in the area. the second we walked in, we were skipped over to be seated for 3 separate groups that came in AFTER us when we clearly spoke up and said we’re next? once we were finally seated, we were put in a corner behind a sign that was super dark. the total time from being seated and getting our check- 1 hour and 45 minutes.

during this time, 2/3 people received their food and it took over 15 minutes before we could flag someone down to ask about my food? upon getting my food, the wings were cold.

we did not order anything complicated at all. simple sings and potato wedges. during the dining experience the waitress that served us check on us ONCE before bringing our check, she was very attentive to the other tables that were clearly wearing BYU merchandise. i had to yell at her to bring my partner a refill for her water.

she quickly returned with a water and tried to hurry away before i had a chance to ask her for boxes because at this point we wanted the check and wanted to leave. once she brought the check, we waited another 10 minutes for her to return to run our card and she never came back to our table, so we had to flag down someone to run our card at the bar so we could just leave.

but she definitely could ask the table behind us and directly across from us around 5 times if they were doing okay during this entire dining experience we had. her tables in her section were NOT BUSY and they were not full of more than 3 people per table.

every single person, aside from the young man that brought us our food, were visibly annoyed with us that we even had the audacity to come in and dine with them.

i guess if you don’t fit into a suburban lifestyle box and look a certain way, this location is absolutely NOT for you.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. The food arrived cold, and we had to remind the waiter multiple times about missing items from our order. The service was slow and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating.

To make matters worse, they played the same song on repeat for the entire two hours we were there watching the game. It was beyond annoying and made the atmosphere unbearable. Overall, between the bad service, cold food, and poor ambiance, this was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this place.

The last 2 times we have come here they have told us that they are out of the food or drink we ordered .., the lady one I was looking forward to there new sandwich and of course they ran out of the beef!!!

Hey there everyone,
I want to start off by saying normally we have nothing but amazing experiences at this location. Two days ago however we did not at all. My girlfriend and me decided to do a date night there just like normal. Our waitress honestly was awful, not once did she ask how the food was. It took over 15 minutes to get a drink refill which was especially brutal because I got spicy wings. The service was just completely unacceptable for this location.

Then on top of it my girlfriend got food poisoning from her wings and was on the verge of throwing up all night. I only know it was from this because it’s all she ate that day. My stomach wasn’t liking it either. To be honest I’m really disappointed after this trip to this location. Normally we get excellent service and excellent food. This was about the opposite. I’d love to go back to this location, but I’m now hesitant.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Buffalo Wild Wings for quite some time, as it’s one of my son’s favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, our recent visit on March 2nd 2025 was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had, and I felt the need to share my concerns with their server named Becky.

We ordered the 2 orders of the 10 boneless wings meal, but weren’t informed about a special deal going on that would have included 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 2 orders of wings for $19.99. Instead, we were charged $12.99 per meal without any sides or drinks. About 3-4 minutes after ordering, I realized there was a deal and asked the waitress if we could switch to it. She told me the food was already prepared, but didn’t offer any resolution or attempt to bring us the missing items (drinks or fries) which we then waited over 5 minutes for the food to come out.

The situation didn’t improve from there. Once the food was brought out, she mentioned she was still “working on getting the order fixed,” but never returned to our table to check in or follow up. Our waters ran out, and we had no service at all during the meal. At the end, she casually said that bringing us fries would be pointless because they would be too soggy by the time we got home, offering no alternative solution or apology.

I even asked if there was anything that could be done—perhaps an appetizer card or a discount for the inconvenience—but was told that it wasn’t possible.

I’ve always had good experiences here in the past, but this visit was a letdown in terms of both service and communication. It’s disappointing to have a situation handled so poorly, especially when it could have been easily resolved with better customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service going forward

The worst service. I ordered wings 2 weeks in advance for the Super Bowl w a pick up time. I had to wait over 2 hours outside before I received them. No apology and no manager in sight.
