Garbage. Always one employee. Took 40 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there! Employees look like they are miserable (sorry *employee*). Mediocre food. Took some friends here and I was mortified. Shut this place down. I gave it a few tries but never again. Advice to the owners-go help your employees. Have some pride in what you do.

I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and the chicken was super cold. I let the staff know and they didn’t offer to make me a new one or a refund or anything. My brother got the curry ramen and wasn’t impressed. I’m upset I spent over $30 and wasn’t able to eat my meal.

This restaurant used to be a good place to go but now the staff is horribly rude. The cashier was very short with us and incredibly quick to anger. When our food arrived, it was cold. We also had to remind them of our order because they forgot about our dessert completely. Not coming back here, food was mediocre and the service was awful.

Good food, slow to get to us. We used grub hub and when we got to the restaurant they were signed out and didn't see the order. We've ordered another time with them and it took quite a while. Food is yummy though!

I really wanted to like this place since it looked like a nearby place to get some ramen. Unfortunately every aspect of my experience here was bad. We paid over $50 for a meal that I barely ate half of. The Tonkatsu was ok, but the ramen was awful. Way too salty and no other real flavor. The pork in the Tonkatsu ramen seemed old. My wife and I both felt sort of sick to the stomach after eating here. Beyond this, the service was very meh and the seating arrangement and general layout made me very uncomfortable. They do have a small outdoor seating area which we tried, but then it started raining so we were forced to go back in to the cramped indoor seating. All in all I'm sad to say this is the worst place I've tried in Utah so far.

I'm giving 5 stars for flavor. I am picky when it comes to food and this place just had me wiggling of joy each bite. I ordered the Karai Miso Ramen and OMG it was soooo good. It had the right amount of everything and it was actually spicy, not like other places I have been that claim the ramen is spicy lol. I mean I do wish the staff was friendlier, but whatever, give me my food right and I will be happy. Also the boba drinks are on point! If you like ramen you will love this place.

Don’t go on your lunch break and if you order online don’t listen to the time they say it will be available because it’s not accurate. I ordered ahead of time and showed up 5 minutes after the time they said it would be available and still waited 20 minutes to get 2 things. The food is good. The service sucks.

I watched one worker continue to slide her hands through her head of hair. Other worker wipe his nose and continue to work. The spring rolls cabbage was soggy w/ oil . The noodles were terrible over priced for a pack of ramen noodles and no flavor . Took about 35 min to get order . There was 2 grub delivery pick ups no one in the lobby but self .

Came to get some dinner, food came out quick… I ordered and got charged for an extra egg & didn’t get it… ordered a mango drink and it tasted like pineapple … lol. I asked for eel sauce and said it was extra? No sauces for my food either? I’ve never been to a ramen/sushi place and never not gotten sauce for FREE in my bag for my food. (Soy sauce is always a must am I right?!) needless to say I was very dissatisfied with the service & the food.

If I could give this Zero stars I would. Today we went in , all tables were dirty. That should have been our first sign we should have left. We didn’t make a big deal so we grabbed napkin and cleaning solution and cleaned our own table. Mind you, the workers just watched us and didn’t even say thank you. After ordering, we wait 1 HOUR for our food. We asked for it “to eat here.” When they brought our food it was bagged “ to go.” (This should have been my 2nd sign) but I was trying to be patient and understanding. I was already super annoyed so we took our food home. When we got home , all our food was COLD like it had been sitting for awhile, Like why did it take an hour for them to serve us cold food!!!On top of this, my Inari sushi was OLD! I bit into it and it tasted like it had NOT been refrigerated for weeks!!! It smelled like moldy rice and acid. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY FAMILY HERE EVER AGAIN! On top of this we spent close to $70 worth of food just for it to go to waste. Never again!

Went on my lunch break. The food was good and came out quickly but the service left something to be desired. There was one staff member taking orders and maintaining the lobby. She was all business and no hospitality. I intended to stay and work for a bit on my laptop but went to Denny’s next door instead because she was given off such stressful vibes.

Every time I come here I expect a long wait for my food because of never ending staff shortages. Today was my last visit ever. Took 45 minutes for me to get my food. Management wake up and get some more employees in here to help these overworked employees. It’s not there fault. I won’t be back.

We had the chicken katsu. It is delicious. The sauce on the chicken was a bit sweet and a bit tangy, it's amazing.! I really enjoyed the dressing on the salad, I think it is a sesame ginger dressing. I also had the honeydew melon Boba, absolutely delicious. Not too sweet with a refreshing flavor. Will definitely go here again. I highly recommend!!!!
