All of the employees were nice and accommodating. Especially Alora! She was talkative and great at dealing with our chaos. She definitely gave us a great atmosphere! We ordered around 20 items and they missed one but it was our fault and they handled it very patiently. The store was also very clean!
Kid-friendliness: Everyone was very sweet and understanding and patient even though our party of 6 was very crazy. Alora handled it very well and helped us sort out everything.
I love zupas! The only thing that keeps me from going very often is the price to portion size ratio.

I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't. I waited 10 minutes thinking it was just going to be a little longer. they seemed bothered and said my order is 4th in line. I waited 45 minutes total before getting my food. during the wait I saw about 40 to 50 people get in line and get their food. if I hadn't "ordered online to skip the line" I would have been there about 10 to 15 minutes. the staff seemed to be working hard but prioritized the line without concern for those waiting.

This was our first visit to a Cafe Zupas and it was a very pleasant experience. The fact was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the food was fresh and very flavorful. It was great to find a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant that had the options and quality we found at Cafe Zupas. Don’t miss their cheesecake offering, so good! We will be returning!
