I love zuppas, but the service at this South Jordan location is the worst. I think they need more staff. The last four times I've been there, they've always forgotten something on my bowl. Today I ordered delivery and asked for extra goat cheese, and honestly, it doesn't seem like they added any extra. The food is delicious, but service is also important.

NO rolls?! Seriously Zupas, how do you run out? I have been to Zupas frequently over the years, at several different locations, and have never experienced this before! Wisconsin Cauliflower soup was good; but I ordered the Honey Bacon Club and it was not cooked properly and frankly it was a mess. It looked thrown together, I actually had to reposition all the ingredients just to be able to eat it. Also there was not enough staff. Obviously poor management at this location!!

The staff are not friendly or personable at this location on multiple visits. I kept thinking it might just be the day until the last time I went. The rice they put in tasted like it wasn't cooked and just thrown in which ruined my whole bowl that wasn't cheap. I have been to other locations such as the Riverton one and that one was amazing. They were friendly and the food was great. This location I have witnessed the same two girls who were working be rude to other customers, they do not greet you, they act as if they are bothered to be there. It is sad as Zupas at other locations such as the Riverton and Downtown location are good. I do not plan to return to this location based on these experiences.

Don’t come here. Arrived for a simple pickup order at the tail end of lunch. OMFG!!!!! Insane how this place actually might function. 7 employees working and my one combo took 25 minutes when it wasn’t all that busy. I get it but man. Too much playing without taking care of customers. This place isn’t worth it.

Waited 20 minutes while my online order sat on the counter, then the kid at the register tells us they were out of strawberries and gave us empty cups for the strawberries and cream…??? Asked for our money back but he said we would have to wait even longer for a manager

As a former zupas employee at this exact location in 2010, I was shocked at the terrible service. The food was cold by the time the 3 line workers got my order…. I was in line for 30 minutes. Because they were accommodating all of the online orders. I was also overcharged because I bought a salad, sandwich and soup and none of the 3 items were in a try 2 combo. Very sad to have received such poor service. Mind you it was also a Monday at 6pm and shouldn’t have been that busy.
The lines are always super long and take forever at this location. I was shocked how long even the last step of the line took. The girl helping us was nice but she was extremely inefficient touching the same thing multiple times before actually finishing the step. Painful to try to eat here. Took us an hour to get through the line.

I usually love this chain, but this location is always slow. No matter how busy or empty it is, the wait time is consistently long. What’s frustrating is seeing one or two employees sitting around eating or scrolling on their phones during peak hours while customers are clearly waiting. The food is still good, but the service here really needs improvement.

The food is great but the service and cleanliness is horrible! I keep giving this Zupas another try and each time it fails. The bowls are dirty. Three times I’ve received my salad in a bowl that is filthy. Same thing happened this last time with a dirty bowl and also, they were out of rolls.

Food tasted ok. I got a salad and apparently the dressing bottle was about empty. They squirted the remainder of the bottle of dressing on my salad which included multiple fart-like squeezes of watery liquid. Needless to say, my salad tasted very watery. The other food was just fine. The dining room really struggled though. The garbage was full and had stacks of dishes surrounding it. When we came in there were multiple dirty tables and after being there for 45 minutes, the same tables still had not been wiped. I don’t think I saw anyone cleaning out there. Honestly in combination with the watery grossness of my salad, I was a little afraid of their cleanliness in the back of house since the front of house was so neglected.
