NEVER ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! For the last year they have had a reoccurring issue of preparing pick up orders 20-30+ minutes after the quoted pick up time. I try giving them another shot every few months assuming they will have fixed the problem by now, but am more infuriated each time. I placed a 12 o’clock pick up order at 11:20 am, and am still waiting for them to start preparing the order over 35 minutes later. They completely ignore online orders and focus solely on their line, at which point they should get rid of online orders altogether. I have submitted multiple complaints to corporate without any success. Please skip this location for your own sanity.

Extreme disappointment. Ordered online. Waited for 30 minutes and watched the normal line cycle through multiple times. Never got food and had to go back to work. I was told that online orders get paused until the line dies down. Would have been good to know before I ordered online. Asked for a refund, but not sure if I’ll get my points back or not.

Love Zupas! Made a quick stop tonight to grab some takeout. Every single employee was helpful, happy, and kind. I know most of them would rather be someone else on a Saturday night, but they didn’t let it show. Top notch customer service!

Salad showed up with mold on the berries, rotten lettuce, poppyseed dressing with no poppyseeds in it, just separated oil and no roll. Not to mention the portion was tiny. Zupas continues to disappoint.

Pickup orders have ruined this place. Waited in line for 20 min with only 4 people in front of us. Food sat there getting cold while all of the workers were putting together pick up orders and not checking out the people in line whose food was already made. Hire more people or stop doing pick up orders.

I have never left a review before but I am fummimg…. I ordered food in advance because I have a meeting at noon (which I am now extremely late to) and the website told be my food would be ready in 11 minutes. I show up 15 minutes after ordering just to find no body in the restaurant except a ton of people waiting on their online orders… it’s been 15 minutes having to wait for the food in the store I ordered now 30 minutes ago. I am still currently waiting and this has been a huge waste of my time. I’ve been whatched them prepare to go orders at snails pace with no one doing anything to speed it up… I do not believe will visit this restaurant ever again. I defended this place to all my coworkers telling them how awesome it is but now i have absolutely nothing good to say. I don’t know who allowed a restaurant to be run like this… there are more people waiting for online orders right now then people in the actual line

Jake was incredible!!! Super friendly, let me sample a soup, was very informed of my dietary restrictions… overall next level customer service. It was our first time and it was a wonderful experience . We also loved the touch of the complementary chocolate covered strawberries!
