I came in yesterday to Cafe Zupas. I got a Brisket Grilled Cheese and Lobster Bisque in a try two combo, the food was delicious and well priced. I was greeted as I came in the door got my food quickly, and was impressed with the friendliness of the assistant on duty

I find zupas very averaged and overpriced.
Kid-friendliness: They offer high chairs.

Do not use curb side pick up. I waited 20 minutes and still had to go in to pick up my food. Zupas do not offer a service if you do not attempt to honor it.

I get takeout from here almost weekly. I dont like that when i stand there waiting that i get ignored over and over by employees walking by when all they need to do is hand me my bag. Today they put onions on my salad and I asked for no onions. It honestly ruined my salad today!

I placed an order online 30 minutes ahead of time hoping it would be ready when I got there only to find that they hadn't even started it. Not only that, but the entire line of people ordered before I got my food!? What's the point of ordering online if it's not quicker than standing in line. The irony was they have a sign saying "Skip the line, Order Online". Refund please.
