Stopped in for a quick meal at 8:30… I was surprised they had a small line so late. There was a small group in front of me. The workers didn’t know what salad was what, and made the wrong salad for that group. They even had to make the group come back to tell the cashier what was ordered so they could total the bill.
Now it’s my turn… my sandwich was given to the group ahead due to the confusion. Then I was charged for a half soup and sandwich (instead of a try 2 combo). Had to get back in line to correct that refund.
THEN I get home to eat my meal, and the sandwich (which was rushed) is falling apart, avocado and bacon in large clumps (not spread evenly). Just overall a terrible experience.
Honestly, I felt bad for the workers. They looked like they were just trying to figure it out without any help from a manager or just totally overwhelmed.

The girl closing the salad area today refused me service when I came in 5 minutes before closing to grab a to go bowl of soup, while other people were still in line and people seated eating at tables. Make it make sense

Really terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a HALF cup of soup and strawberry. There was only one girl who was working the line that was actually running it. Everyone else was confused and replenishing items that weren’t necessary or talking in the back with two workers in the front. Ordered a grilled cheese for them to run out of bread at check out and overall just seemed confused. If I were the girl in the front, I’d know my worth and leave because of the completely disrespectful staff that have zero urge to do their job or help their peers. I’m sure there’s better pay elsewhere :)

I came in yesterday to Cafe Zupas. I got a Brisket Grilled Cheese and Lobster Bisque in a try two combo, the food was delicious and well priced. I was greeted as I came in the door got my food quickly, and was impressed with the friendliness of the assistant on duty

I find zupas very averaged and overpriced.
