Catering by Bryce provided the meal at our son's wedding dinner last night. The food was delicious. We have several of our extended family that have food allergies such as gluten-free. They provided excellent Gluten-free substitutes. We live out of state and chose Catering By Bryce based on their reviews. We were very pleased. Working with them from out of state was not difficult. I appreciate them taking our breakfast catering order less than 48 hrs before the event. However, the associate that delivered the food, struggled with the set-up. The food was cold, the tortillas were not warmed. Cheese, there should of been cheese involved! The juices we received were 4 bottles and cups, no ice. My expectations were single serving bottles, on ice. We struggled to unwrap the pastries, they were just okay. Last but not least, the fruit platter arrived late. Everyone had already dished up and we were winding down breakfast.

We chose chicken carbonara, mashed potatoes, rolls, salad, and cheesecake for dessert. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The pricing is great, and the service even better. They were easy to work with and quickly answered questions during the planning phase.
