I don’t write food reviews often, but this Chick-fil-A has consistently been the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to, and after over 100 visits, I feel compelled to provide an honest review.
To start, this location regularly gets my order wrong—about 1 in 3 times I come here. It doesn’t matter the time of day; the frequency of mistakes is extremely frustrating. On several occasions, I’ve been left with no choice but to go inside to fix my order, which is something I strongly dislike doing.
Adding to this, I’ve received entirely wrong orders multiple times. While this happens less often than incorrect items, it’s completely unacceptable, especially when my name has already been confirmed. This lack of attention to detail is a recurring problem that reflects poorly on the management and training at this location.
Customer service here is hit or miss. Some team members have been friendly and helpful, while others seem disengaged or dismissive. Even something as small as how my name is spelled has become a source of frustration—they seem to go out of their way to spell it as incorrectly as possible.
Perhaps the most shocking issue is the quality of the food. I’ve been served cold food on multiple occasions, and once I even received a chicken sandwich… without the chicken. That level of negligence is beyond disappointing for an establishment known for its high standards.
You might wonder why I keep coming back if my experiences are this bad. The truth is, I enjoy Chick-fil-A and this is the closest location to me. But after all these visits, I remain a deeply dissatisfied customer. I hope this review encourages management to address the issues at this location because it falls far short of the quality and consistency that Chick-fil-A is known for.

The play area is not monitored. There is an 8-9 year old child that comes into the play area with his 4 friends body slamming the other kids playing there and asking the kids if they want to go to a Diddy party. Extremely inappropriate behavior. I was the only parent in there. If your child is going to play in the play area be in there with your child and teach your children to be better.
Horrible customer service that only attends to you more genuinely if you’re white. Felt ignored and saw another customer was quickly attended after me. All the tables and chairs are dirty and the staff will chat to the customers and ignore the needs of the restaurant.

Got my order completely wrong. I ordered a normal chicken sandwich with no lettuce, they gave me a spicy chicken with only lettuce. How do you mess that up?

Seriously one of my favorite fast food joints! My favorite thing to get there is their basic chicken sandwich with one of their seasonal milkshakes. (Love the peach shake!) They've streamlined their drive thru to keep things moving swiftly and have quick, friendly service. There are always a lot of people there when we go, because it's just THAT good!

Even with a long line of customers in front of me, the wait was very short, as the line moved quickly. The personnel were very cheerful and made you feel welcome. As usual, the food was excellent. It is a bit pricy, but so good. I love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Definitely the best chicken available today.

Service was good. Nice to be served at your table. Pretty spacious, has a play atea and outdoor seating. Didn't find the spicy chicken spicy though.
