I love chipotle. This location is a hot mess. Employees just chilling, chatting with buddies, meanwhile they’re running out of basic ingredients. I didn’t have them finish my order because I became increasingly suspicious of the quality of what I was getting. Too bad!

I go to this location once a week on average and if I go any later than 7:30 pm they are out of everything. Tonight they were out of guac and veggies and as a vegetarian that is the majority of my bowl. It is very frustrating as Chipotle is usually my go to. Please do better, if you are open until 10 pm then running out of things around 7:30 pm is unacceptable.

I am a regular customer here and typically do online orders and service is typically very fast however the last couple times I have ordered inside they have given me pork when I asked for steak and barbacoa and I don’t realize until I have already started eating. Very disappointing

Two days in a row where the employees ignored us. Ordered online. They don't come to the drive through window that it says to go to on the app. Got the food and it's freezing cold. Didn't get the order right either for both my order and my wife's order. Don't come here after 5pm. They glare at you for coming in 2 hours before they close because they're already cleaning up.

Second time I never received most of my order. The workers are lazy, I sat at the drive up window and was stared at, while my “completed order” sat on the shelf right there for 6 minutes. I just stared at it excited while they just waited and waited to even acknowledge me. I’m pathetic for waiting. I got home and realized they didn’t get my sides. I order two quesadillas. Instead of making two they made one and cut it in half. The sides in the quesadillas weren’t even in there. Honestly shameful and dishonorable work.
