Every single time I order door dash it feels like my order is made like complete trash. It’s so completely annoying and rude. read simple instructions!
Don’t give customers a disgusting mess that you wouldn’t eat. Jerks. And you guys ALWAYS forget the waffle cone. What is your problem for real I’m like actually mad about it.

The blonde girl was so rude. Looking bad to the customers. Didn't mix my ice cream, was so hard like a rock with bad texture. Bad customer service. I don't go back to this location in South

Came in for 2 icecreams. With 4 groups in front of me I waited in line for 30 minutes. There were only 2 employees working on a Saturday night which is insane. The line was long the whole time I was there. The employees had 0 sense of urgency. Will not be returning to this location

Would like to add that after waiting so long. They finally started to make my ice-cream. After 6 minutes, they came and told me "sorry were out of cookie dough" slapped one more scoop of plain icecream on top and left it at that. Didn't offer to add something else or anything.

Ran into grab 2 large ice cream cakes. I was very suprised that no one offered to ring me up, instead having me stand in a line of 12 ppl holding ice cream cakes. We put them back and went elsewhere. That would have been a pretty big sale had some one taken 20 seconds to ring us up. And yes, every employee looked at me.

The employees think it’s ok to mock disabled children at this location. Wont be going here

Lady working in the back was making fun of my Autistic daughter, I grown adult making fun of a special needs child and not one other worker stepped up and said something, horrible work environment.

My buddy went in tonight with his young kids to get some ice cream. The youngest has autism and the employees could be over heard in the back mocking the child. Very unprofessional and terrible service. Train your employees to be a respectable human being.

I was contacted by the owner and he made sure they made up for the mistake. New cake was made the following week.

Placed an order on Monday for Thursday pick up. Went to get my order and was told it was not made. I asked why and all she could say was "I don't know". She said the night people did not make it but she did not know why. I found another option and asked for my cake to be made so I could pick it up the next day (Friday). Went to pick up my cake and they told me someone had already picked up my cake that I PAID FOR! Then they said "sorry". I was given the managers name and # (Amanda) but she did not answer but instead text back saying her phone was dead! I called corporate and was told a case would be started and I would be called to get my refund issued. I have not had any phone calls, I have not received my cake, I have not been given my refund and all I am being told is "I don't Know" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A CAKE FOR A SPECIFIC TIME! The Draper location was amazing. They tried to help me with the situation even though they were not a part of it.
