we waited in line for 45 minutes the 2 teenage girls were moving in slow motion and neither were wearing gloves and used hands to get all ice cream in cup.

The girl mashed up everything into tiny pieces and pulverized everything including the fruits, on top of that she was treating her fellow coworker in a condescending manner. Worst ice cream I have ever had.

For some reason this location only had two teenage girls working tonight & the store was out of two of the items that we wanted! How does an ice cream shop not have mint chocolate chip or pecans???

PSA for anyone wanting to pre-order a custom ice cream cake, I’d suggest going elsewhere. I ordered three days in advance, got a confirmation email, but when I arrived, my cake hadn’t been made.

The two employees working were friendly and apologetic, and explained that they don’t make the cakes themselves. Unfortunately, that left me with no real options other than choosing from the few pre-made cakes left available at the end of the day.

This was supposed to be a gift to my boyfriend for our anniversary, so I left feeling pretty disappointed 😞

Man, oh man I love this place, but I’m not here to glaze ice cream though. I’m here to glaze the working staff Caitlyn, and Issac. So polite, and nice. They laughed at my jokes and made my experience here top notch. I will be coming back for my usual. (Those who know)

If I could leave zero stars I would. On numerous occasions we've ordered from here and either they've forgot things, got the order completely wrong, or we've ordered the latger size cup and there's barely anything in it, barely enough to even fit the small size. Then we call and the phone rings a couple times and then hangs up, you can't reach ANYONE there. We even went in one time after we ordered cause they forgot things and gave us small servings, and there was 3 people working but were too interested in talking to each other and looking at their phones to even help us. They didn't even acknowledge me when I came in, I stood there for 5 minutes while they laughed and joked around, I had to literally get their attention for them to even notice me. Last night was the final straw, we ordered again, and the cups came extremely short. And like I said, you can't contact anyone. The phone just rings and hangs up constantly. We will be reaching out to someone even if we have to drive in again cause this is completely ridiculous. You pay over $30 for 3 Ice creams, with a tip, wait over a hour only for it to show up and be wrong or barely even any ice cream in the cup. Awful!!

We ordered delivery form this establishment, paid a good tip and when the delivery occurred there was only 1 of 3 items delivered. Uhm, what the heck. We couldn't get holed of anyone, they wouldn't answer the phone and just kept hanging up, no refund offered, no phone call to offer a substitution, just a note that says we were out of those. What the hell, just keep our money and tip, and don't deliver the items ordered? I mean this is bordering on illegal. I will be disputing the charge with my credit car company. Seriously, I will never order cold stone again.

They stopped selling their German chocolate cake ice cream and got rid of the coconut flakes so they can't make it. It's the only reason I came to this place. Unfortunately I won't be back, but I used to love it!

If I could give my experience a zero I would!!! I went in to the shop with my grandson and the girl who waited on us was so rude we left. I refuse to go back to this Coldstone again.

Had one guy on shift last night, took forever to get anything at all…

Honestly extremely disappointed… Waited 20 minutes with about 3 groups in line!!! They had one employee on shift serving up all the ice cream. Props to that guy, I think his name started with an A? Crazy to me you have a popular ice cream store located next to a movie theatre with only one employee scheduled on shift. I won’t be coming back here, simply off the fact that they don’t schedule enough people to work… Poor guy seemed overworked and underpaid, I’m sorry but I really can’t support this. Get it together Coldstone!!!

The floor was a mess, equipment broken, employees couldn’t have cared less about what they were doing. Grabbing toppings with their hands instead of scoops. Stone was filthy covered in crumbs, fudge bottles, dirty scoops. It was a mess! For the price you pay, it was very disappointing to say the least.
