I’ve been coming to Cubby’s for breakfast on Saturday mornings off and on since I moved to the area and the French Toast Brioche and Breakfast Burrito are amazzzzzing. Like, some of the best breakfast I’ve had. I have also noticed that the staff here has greatly improved as well. The spaces are cleaner and customer service is a lot more proactive. Would love to see more people find this breakfast gem on Saturday mornings! (That’s the only day they serve breakfast…until 11 a.m.)

This was a huge disappointment! I don’t often fire one off sitting in the restaurant… Food was a huge disappointment especially for the price. Service was apathetic and resistant to providing additional condiments - come on really! It’s just mustard. This place should be closed and cleaned top to bottom. I’ve been in third world conditions that are cleaner than this.

Honestly the burgers could use an improvement my burger was 8 dollars and it was actually a 4.00 burger the fries was cold did not seem fresh at all and the entire place could have used a cleaning . Seen no one wiping tables except customers and there were plenty that could have used it, floors were nasty. Probably will not go back there also why would you put the fruit of a kids meal in with seasoned fries 🤔

Yesterday I came in with my family and I accidentally spilled rootbeer on our table & the floor, an employee (elise) came out immediately with towels so i could clean my mess. she was very kind and said she would clean it for me, but i insisted to clean it up since it was my mistake.
Chocolate milkshake was basically vanilla flavored with chocolate syrup. Restaurant was messy, tables needed to be wiped off. We were only one of two tables in there so really no excuse for it to be dirty.

I tried to pay with a $50 and they won’t take larger bills than a $20. Silly policies that are not customer friendly that will keep me from coming back!

Food was so good, if the delta center location was even half as good and quality. They give half the meat. WE would eat there Alot more. They really give you all a bad name

I’m so impressed with the outstanding customer service we received! We had a last-minute catering need, and the manager, Jake, went above and beyond to make it happen on extremely short notice. He personally called to confirm the order details, reviewed each individual boxed meal for accuracy, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly and ready on time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was even better. Can’t recommend them enough—truly exceptional experience from start to finish!
