I came in this week and I was eating my food when out of a sudden I see one of the workers who’s a tall kid with short hair wearing a beanie just run out the store chasing his friend that’s unacceptable especially if he works here this makes me thing how bad management is here?

The food was great, but i think they must’ve changed their portions control. I ordered the tri tip steak torta. The steak was was not enough to cover the bun. For a $15 sandwich, this was very disappointing

Friendly and quick service for a weekday lunch. The food was good. We really like the tri tip sandwiches. Tried a burger today - good but doesn’t hold up compared to the tri tip. The chipotle fry sauce is really good too.

First and probably last time coming here. Food was overpriced considering the quality is so low. “Organic” scam. No where in the restaurant can they provide any ingredients list for any food in the entire place. Soybean or canola oil is used for frying. Seed oils are not “fresh, healthy or organic.” Took about 4 men to make 2 sandwiches. Touching their pants and then touching food containers. Not clean. Stay away from this location and pressure Cubby’s corporate to be transparent about what’s in your food. Standards are low here.
Cherry on top- the plastic takeout bag stunk of cleaning chemicals. Again, unhygienic.

First time being inside a Cubby's. Was much more than I anticipated. This location was unbelievably clean. Looking back in the kitchen area it was nearly spotless during the middle of lunchtime. The staff was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions

I’ve been coming to Cubby’s for breakfast on Saturday mornings off and on since I moved to the area and the French Toast Brioche and Breakfast Burrito are amazzzzzing. Like, some of the best breakfast I’ve had. I have also noticed that the staff here has greatly improved as well. The spaces are cleaner and customer service is a lot more proactive. Would love to see more people find this breakfast gem on Saturday mornings! (That’s the only day they serve breakfast…until 11 a.m.)

This was a huge disappointment! I don’t often fire one off sitting in the restaurant… Food was a huge disappointment especially for the price. Service was apathetic and resistant to providing additional condiments - come on really! It’s just mustard. This place should be closed and cleaned top to bottom. I’ve been in third world conditions that are cleaner than this.
